M & L rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, of any colour , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments in floors laid over and incl 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L vitrified ceramic tiles (digital) 09 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light/dark shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm on wall etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on vertical surfaces, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Tile to be in two different coloured and laid in alterenate colour

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cement channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast cement concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs/tiles/PCC of any description or thickness etc . colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

Description all as per ser item No. 4.00 above but except paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cementt and including taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall complete, all as specified and directed.

Alternate / Multi colour to be used 3. Pattern/ Design of painting to be approved by GE.

M & LProviding and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and directed.
