V.T. mixed flow pump of 970 RPM, having static lift of 28 feet, including delivery pipe, delivery bends of minimum 8 mm thickness with epoxy coating inside & outside and the Y-Body of Pump is in taper shape, so that it will fit in existing 18” diameter of embedded pipe including flange welding, nut-bolts, complete in all respect, as per site and as per approved technical specifications(see Annexure-A)

Supply, erection and commissioning of solid shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 225 HP of 6 pole, 970 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 (as per IS 12615 with latest amendments) Suitable for 30Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved technical specification.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 1000 Amp. Motor Control Center with incomer of MCCB of 1000Amp 4 pole with 03 nos. outgoings of MCCB of 550 Amp each along-with an additional MCB of 63 Amp for lighting loads, indicators, relays, meters, push buttons, bus bars and with 03 nos. Fully Automatic ATS Starters (complete in all respect like relays, indicators timer etc.) of 225 H.P. each with contactor rating as 630A, 400A, 225 Ampere suitable for 03 nos. 225 H.P LT motor as per design with stand of MS Channel/angle (1 feet height from floor level) & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-C)

Supply, erection and commissioning of 1 No. LTDB with 01 no. incomer of 1600 amp. With 04 nos. of outgoings out of which 03 nos. of having MCCB of 800 Amp. and 01 No of MCCB of 630 Amp.(should be having enough space for connection of 2 incomer cables from Transformer and 1 No. from Capacitor Bank) along with D-plug socket 63 amp MCCB for lighting loads, indicators, relays, meters, push buttons, bus bars suitable, with a stand of MS Channel (1 feet up from floor) IP-54 & as per approved technical specification.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 11 kV VCB panel (4nos. for operation & 1 nos. in spare), 02 nos. incomer VCB of 400 Amp. and 3 nos. outgoing of 400 Amp. with a provision such that 2 nos. outgoing VCBs connected with both transformers and 01 no. in spare) with 26.20 KA breaking capacity along with CT/PT of required capacity including the 24V DC operated relays for fault circuit, lightening indicators, relays, meters, push buttons etc., earth fault and overloading on all feeder and incomers. Each VCB should have metering equipment and safety devices as per specification (Annexure. – C). Each incomer should have tripping function for LTDB panels and starters, earth faults, Under voltage/overvoltage and phase indicators. Each outgoing should have relay for overloading, earth fault, & short circuit. The scope of work also includes heavy duty battery operated charger for ensuring 24 hours relay operation. Both incomer be connected with linkage coil/change over so that 1 incomer be functional at one time.

Providing and laying of 11 kV XLPE Cable, armoured, Aluminum conductor 3 Core 120 mm2 HT cables for the connection of VCB to transformer and HT pole to VCB by fixing suitable size cable box at both ends.

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with protection radius of 100mtr. along with its earthing and counter as per the site requirement.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200 mm bore, 20 feet depth complete with GI electrode with GI strip (02 no. for each transformer, 01 no. for VCB, 01 no. for fencing, 02 nos. for LTDB panels & motors in pump house) and coke & salt etc. along with name plate complete as per requirement.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200 mm bore, 10 feet depth complete with Copper electrode with Copper strip for neutral of each transformer and coke & salt etc. along with name plate complete as per requirement.

Supply, and laying of single core cable Aluminum Conductor 1000mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armoured LT cable from Transformer to panel with thimbles.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT 3.5 core cable Aluminum Conductor 400mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armored cable from panel to Motors by providing suitable size thimbles at both ends and with suitable fitting on wall mounting angle support along the wall.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT 3.5 core cable Aluminum Conductor 630mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armored cable from Starter to Motors by providing suitable size thimbles at both ends and with suitable fitting on wall mounting angle support along the wall.

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT Single core cable Aluminum Conductor 630 mm2 XLPE Insulated, Armored cable from neutral of transformers to LTD Panels by providing suitable size thimbles at both ends.

Providing and fixing of foundation for 03 nos. 30Cs. VT Pump by making required size/length at site from ISMB of size 500X180mm-approximate 3600 mm length- 02nos (01 Set for each pump foundation). 02Nos. Shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC (1:1.5:3) as per the weight of pump while other ends should be welded with fixing if A.I.L. Bracket and Nut/ Bolts/ Washers to existing ISMB including material and labour for applying primer and 02 coats of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation (Pumps P-1,2,3 of Dewana Canal) Make – Tata/ Sail/ Vizag

C&S, Havells, BCH,Alstom, Legrand, AE & PSG(upto 30 HP). Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 5. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 6. The warranty of the work shall be as per Service Level agreement from the date of commissioning. 7. Time period for completion of work 8 Months from the issue date of order to proceed with the work. 8. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents & 70% payment be made as per pro-rata basis. 9. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 10. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 11. Authorization from OEM (Pump, Motor) be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 12. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 13. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 14. Bidders should have executed similar nature work in any Center Government / State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking / Central Autonomous Body for minimum value equivalent to 50 % of quoted value in last 3 years alongwith existing criteria as per bid i.e. bidder should have completed at least 25% of quantity of similar nature work. 15. ln case, the material offered for inspection by the firm fails to meet the specifications stipulated in NIT/order/Contract and the samples are rejected by the Inspecting Committee, the Department will have the right to levy a penalty at 0.1% of the total value of that particular item. 16. Bidders who will be rejected during technical scrutiny, will submit their representation within 5 days from issue of minutes of TSC. 17. Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- duly certified by the Notary stating that the firm (name of the firm) has not been blacklisted/ debarred either in Government Departments/ Agencies in state of Haryana or Central Government Departments/ Agencies etc. as on the date of submission of the bid in the present tender. 18. Bidders should have average annual financial turnover of atleast 30% of estimated amount during the last 03 financial years, ending 31st March of previous financial year. This should be duly audited by Chartered Accountant. 19. Concession is given to Haryana based MSME’s, KVIU, Central or HPSE (as declared by industries Department Haryana) as in tender fee, EMD, Past Experience and eligibility criteria for turnover. Though they have to complete the job as per tender with warranty of 5 years or 12500 Hours which ever is earlier as per service level agreement. Only those MSME, KVIU, Central or HPSE(as declared by industries Department Haryana) will be eligible for this tender, those are authorized dealer or manufacturer of approved make of IWRD.
