M&L for Precast cover slab 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.,) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:4set in CM 1:4, for manholes etc including demolition of existing cover slab. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia) or securing with clips complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar all as specified

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded granite/trap stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bircks straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius in CM 1:4 using old size bricks all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below of above ground all as specified

S&F Factory made precast concrete designerchequered tiles of diferent colour& shape of size 300mm x 300mm x 20mm laid and jointed with grey cement slurry with pigment to match colour of tile ,laid over screed bed or bedding layer. compressive strengfth not less than 250 kg /sqcm complete all as specified and directed. Note :Screed bed /bedding laying shall be measured and paid separately .

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2( 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in sub base to flooring 75 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainlesssteel (Grade 304) letters of height 30 cm including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where everrequired) and fitting the same with necessarystainless steel nuts and bolts complete, includingfixing with necessary accessories &stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel boltsetc., of required size, on the granite slabs with suitable arrangement all as specified and directed .

M&L for 20 mm thichGranite (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars,walls window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointingin white cement (1:2) usingmarble dust with admixtureof pigment to matchwith shade of granite.including moulding the edges all as specified and directed .
