Providing and Fixing for MAPLE Hard Wood flooring including all labour and material Etc. Complete :- The Specification of the above maple hard wood flooring are as under Hard maple flooring- Provide and laying 20mm thick sports flooring, each individual strip of Hard Maple shall include the engraving of the MFMA (Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association) and manufacturing mill certification number. Minimum width of Hard Maple boards is 57mm and of random length, varying from 230mm to 1800mm, jointed together with the help of tongue and groove on all four sides of all boards. Substructure of Maple wood shall consist of Softwood batten, Substructure of maple wood flooring shall consist of sleeper of Spruce or Pine having 63mm wide (minimum) length between 1220 mm(minimum) cross section of 38 mm (minimum) and laid perpendicular to the main flooring planks at a spacing 305mm centre to centre, including 19mm(minimum) thick shock pads/cushions at the maximum spacing of 10 ” centre to centre on each sleeper, Vapor Barrier:-0.20mm polyethylene membrane installed over the concrete base, beneath the flooring system as a vapor barrier between the concrete and wood floor. GYM FINISH- Machine sanding, 2 coat of oil modified Poly urethane Gym sealer and 1 coats of oil modified Poly urethane Gym sports finish in accordance with manufacturer specification, AND Game line marking in accordance with manufacturers specifications and project drawings etc complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 1. Wooden Flooring system shall be approved by Federated International Basketball Federation (FIBA),Badminton World Federation (BWF), International Handball Federation (IHF) certificates of such to be provided as evidence of such, 2. Floor Should Be certify By MFMA (Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association), 3. Flooring system should be certified by EN14904 or DIN performance standard., 4. Manufacturer to be certified in accordance with ISO9001:2000 standard- ISO certificate to be provided as evidence of such Wooden flooring Pads must be independently tested in accordance with Oxygen Aging Test and provide a result of 2.5% maximum variance in deformation at a average compression load of 4mm. Official test report to be provided as evidence of such.

Supply of 75mm x 100mm rubber base molding to include air channeling in back of base to provide full ventilation of the sub-floor system. Fixed to the wall with a base molding adhesive as recommend by manufacturer

Sanding and re polishing work on existing wooden sports flooring- Machine sanding and buffing on Hard Maple floor with coarse, medium, and fine abrasives to provide a smooth uniform surface. Apply 2 cot of Connor oil modified polyurethene Gym Sealer and 1 coat of Gym Finish and game line marking as per manufacturer’s instructions

Anti termite treatment for wooden Sports flooring and periphery of concrete

Self- levelling compound over existing undulated concrete sub base. Supply of 0-5 mm thick self levelling compound on existing undulated concrete sub-base with special cement with fast setting and hydration together with graded silica sand resins and special additives mixed with water,Consumption of material not less 1.6 kg/m2 per mm of thickness.

Supply of Badminton World Federation approved Portable synthetic floor which consist of 100% pure vinyl wear layer Badminton court size:- not less than= 8 mtr X 16 mtr = 128 sqm, Surface thickness should not less or more than 3 mm – 4mm, Surface treatment :- surface should be treated to reduce Skin burn, Surface texture :- Canvas Texture or equivalent for good grip, Installation system: - Easy & permanent installation solution to install badminton court with the help of zip or Velcro system. Game lie marking: - Factory make game line marking & as per WBF Standard., Portable badminton court should approved By Badminton World Federation .

Synthetic Sports flooring for indoor volleyball, basketball, handball, table tennis and badminton court for various stadium in MP Providing and laying Synthetic sports surface with total thickness of 12 mm thick, combining two layer installation with 5mm Polyoléfine foam and 7 mm thick synthetic floor which consist of 100% pure vinyl wear layer not less than 2 mm thick, protecsol and sanosol treated to reduce Skin burn with double fiber glass grid for sound stability on floor and 5 mm double density foam backing ensuring highest possible resistance to indentation, durability and energy return, width of sheet not less than 1.5 M joined with seamless Hot welding. Laid with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instruction over existing leveled surface including game lines marking with following specification. Shock absorption under EN 14808 standard not less than 45% Ball bounce under EN 12235 standards not less than 90% Abrasion resistance as per EN ISO 5470-1 shall be < 350 mg. Friction coefficient as per DIN - 18032 0.4 - 0.6, Impact resistance as per DIN 18032 > 7 N/m., Sound isolation shall be > 23 dB. Special Conditions :- 1.
