Operation and Maintenance of the Scheme for a period of 5 years after commission of the project on turnkey basis: Operation and Maintenance of all infrastructures constructed and improved under the work, including pumping machinery, transformers, HT/LT lines, civil structures, reservoirs, treatment units, distribution and feeder mains,bulk flow metres, electrical and mechanical installations, valves, specials, instruments and accessories, for a period of 5 (five) years after commissioning of the project, on turnkey basis, complete including deployment of required manpower, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective repairs, supply of consumables, chemicals, lubricants, record keeping, submission of O&M reports, and necessary coordination with the Electricity Department and other statutory authorities for uninterrupted operation and compliance, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. as per approved design, specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
