Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.S I No.2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-all work upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )etc (4.1.10)

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including completion of work. As per DAR 6.1.1

P/L in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. Rate as per DAR (5.1.2)

Reinforcement cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roof having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, lintels, chajja etc.excluding cost of centering and shuttering etc. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. Rate as per DAR 5.3

Centering and shuttering including struting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns. Rate as per DAR (5.9.1)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straighting,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more etc. (5.22.6)

Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and C/S sand mortar in superstructure. (one brick work) PWD SOR ch. 9 Item No. 6.4.1

Half Brick work masonary with comon burnt clay ( non modular) bricks of class 150 in superstructure above plinth level. Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)SOR 6.13.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) As per SOR 2020 (13.4.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth surface etc. (13.80)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required-shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr./10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10 sqm.) etc (13.46.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting,hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required In gratings, frames,guard bar,ladder,railing, brackets,gates and similar works etc (10.25.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to given an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or More coats on new work etc (13.62.1)
