Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not ext 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix mild steel angle in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 5cm long & dia exc 5mm and n exc 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only GI steel wire mesh of any size as in chain link fencing (size,dia & type will be as directed by Eng-in-Charge) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only GI steel wire mesh chain link fencing any size and type including straining and fixing to posts and to straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised iron, tying with wire etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel round bars Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality-A, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel Framed work of grade Fe-410-0 as in gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled and welding for fixing of steel sheeting or othercovering of Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or slidingwith and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steelsheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening of Fe 410-W(Gde-E250) quality and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for cables/poles/pipes complete all specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm Cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams ; bases for columnsetc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement & Form work will be measured & paid seperately.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in column, pillar,piers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement & Form work will be measured & paid seperately.

Use and waste of form work to sidees of concrete foundatioon, raft, footing, base of column, plinth beams etc rough finished surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piles, columns and stanchions, etc to give rough finished to square, rectangular surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping ,for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls including one coat of alkali resistance primer etc complete all specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of debris outsite MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring as a leveling coarse cement concrete surface including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, inserting for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on other than fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying three coats white wash incl preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing, polishing and treating the surface with beewax polish after grinding including 20mm thick Screed bed or beding layer of CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick in vertical surface such as steps, skirting, risers, pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing, polishing and treating the surface with beewax polish after grinding including 10mm thick back coat of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in flooring, laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm inskirtings,dados and riser to steps over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and as directed.
