Providing and Laying of CC Surface at Narikuravar Area ward No 69 in Tambaram City Municipal Corporation.

Providing Granular surface base to the required surface using murram, Granular soil of size varying from 4mm to 75mm including cost of material and cost of labour for stacking, spreading and consolidating layer by layer (Each layer not exceeding 100mm) including hire charges of Roller etc, complete as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four crushed stone sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying,nsolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete multiplying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by Manual means

Plain Cement Concrete M20( Nominal Mix) using 20mm and 10mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork expansion joint for bitumen pad,softwater ,labour charges for mixing ,transfortation laying and curing concrete working at depth hire charges for tools and plain in cement pavement work etc complete as per relevent standard Specification.
