Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M width and not exceeding 1.5M depth and getting out for laying of pipe etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus in soft/loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI/CI/DI pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay and testing Ductuile iron pipes with flanged ends class K9 confirming to IS:8329 with inside surface of centrifugaly cast cement morter lined suitable for fiber board gasket/rubber joint in any length laid in trenches/fixed on wall/on RCC frame structure of size 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for DI pipe line fittings 150 mm flanged joint with complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

Note:- The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe.

S&F in replacement of gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes at any location of Size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rectification of joint leakage of CI/DI/GI pipeline incl excavation, return filling, leadwool, lead pig, tyton Joint, 'D' Joint, MS Clamp and short piece of CI/DI pipes as required at site etc of size 80 to 200 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will have to make arrangement for T&P, drain out/ pump out water. Cutting of road/ path/culvert shall be make good as per existing without any extra cost.

Repair to leakage of existing GI pipe line 15 mm to 20 mm bore in any positions (joints, fittings etc) on wall ,roof, floor etc including replacement of GI fittings such as tee ,sockets elbows,unions nipples,reducers etc incl necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 32.00 but Mono Block Centrifugal pump set for fresh water discharge of capacity 10 to 20 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rewinding of motor 5 to 10 HP Three phase dismanteled from Fresh water discharge Centrifugal pump set complete, as per existing gauge/size/turns super enemalled copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 34.00 but of capacity 10 HP to 20 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 05 to 15 HP Centrifugal Pumpset motor 415 volts 50 Hz Panel mounting complete with contactor and suitable thermal relay complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only set of rubber gasket packing suitable for Centrifugal Pump Set 05 to 20 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve pit, stone masonry construction complete with mild steel sheet cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and shown on drawing. All internal surface and external surface upto 15 cm below normal ground level of stone masonry shall be plastered 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, finish even and smooth including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including dismantling of old existing RR masonary valve pit chamber complete all as specified and directed for the following of inner sizes :-
