M&L Factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid decorative door/ window/ ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 45x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice huck/ wheat huck ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire resisdant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately)

M&L Factory Made 35mm thick 100% Solid WPC ( Wood polymer Composite ) laminated Wiremesh Door Shutter of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K Value 57-60 ( Suspension Grade ), Calcium Carbonate and natural fibers ( Wood Powders/ rice husk/ wheat husk ) and Non toxic additives, made from Extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded ( Inner ) with having minimum density not less than 650 kg/cbm manufactured by company an ISO 9001 - 2015 Certified Company, having good screw holding capacity ( Screw Withdrawal strength of 2000 N ( Face ) & 1100 N ( Edge ), Minimum Compissive of 50 N/mm2 , Modulus of elasticity 850N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with Property of being Termite/ Borer Free.Water/ Moisture Proof and Fire Retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter. For fixing Mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh combinly panel area of door except stiles and rails to be panelled with mesh with self tapping round headed scresws at required distance, scres and edges covered with feathered pvc edge beading all around of mesh and fixing stainless Steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS Screws. All as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge, Material test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company : For Internal/ Balcony/ Main Doors.

S&F SS handles, oval type, 125 mm size fixed complete all as specified and directed

S&Fin repairs 300 mm SS sliding door bolts, plate type, with bright, bolt not less than 12 mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200 mm long SS barrel tower bolts and fixed, complete all as specified.

S&F 150 mm type-D, SS handles, complete all as specified.
