Dismantling of old fencing

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tank and similar works conforming to Fe-410-0 of Fe-310-0.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing &straining and tiny type of stranded rails straining bolts including sequring for tying at crossing withand provn of galvanised mild steel wire stepels or steel pins etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for walling of RR, uncoarsed, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR, uncoarsed or brought upto course stone masonry in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for raking out joints / pointing to existing brick / stone walls in and applying cement mortar 1:4 as pointing complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

Rendering 15mm thick on block masonary surface in CM 1.4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed plates, water trough and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing for broken glass coping on top of walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
