Sch 'A' Sec - IV (Part-II), (PCC ROAD, PATH & CULVERT WORKS)
Supply and laying/fixing 80 mm thick (M-40 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC/ Rubber moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, any shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, confirming to relevant IS, laid over and including 25mm thick layer of sand cushining and filling the interstices etc with sand complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) minimum 160 mm thick of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40 Kg/Sqm or 4.0 MPa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard, strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both, using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement content with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length. specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistance, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, min melting temp as 240 degree centigrade and min tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of min 7.5 mtr width, including laying in panel as directed, curing and tinning by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC: 15-2017 all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Construction joints, dummy joints(contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.
Material and labour for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, and filling the Joints with and including bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Cost of Vermi compost & pesticide shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Providing the services for Manual rescue and operation rescue of 16 No lifts (8 passenger-08 Nos, 13 passenger-08 Nos ) in Three shifts, one skilled lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation of all lifts including providing rescue to the trapped person, maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts, on all seven days of the week (including Sunday and holidays) (including reliever on weekely off), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- A mobile phone will be provided to the operator by the contractor, their mobile phone number shall be displayed in each Block and if any call received by the operator for rescue, the operator shall immediately move to the location for rescue operation. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates and nothing extra shall be payable over and above.
