Supply and Laying of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galavanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 06 Sqmm 4 core with provision of straight through joint kit (heat shrinkable kits) for jointing the cable through the supply one end to another end all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of alarm sounders/ sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continuous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes without damage/malfunction. The sound level should not be less than 65DB and more than 120 DB measured at 1.5 meter with sound output variation of +5 DB for 1500 meter range. The alaram sounder should conform to IS. 15908:2011

Supply and fix Modulars bell push, 1 Module single pole one way 16 Amps.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

Supply and spread dry clean river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as directed and specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrets cable cover class LV Type 1 flat size 250x150x40 MM

M & L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 110mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure.

S&F Tubes 'light grade' galvanised 50 mm dia with all fittings in trenches for passing of cables all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road surfaces or hard standing 0.45 mtr depth (22 CM thick comprising bituminous topping) for laying of pipes/cables and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete.

Disconnecting the electrical connections from the looping box, dismantling the existing street light fittings along with the GI bracket from steel tubular poles complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix LED street light fiting 60 watt with IP 65 protection , pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant glass and better optics for uniform light distribution complete all as directed. Make Bajaj Cat No BRTFG 60W LED V3 or equivalent in philips / Wipro

Supply & Fix LED flood light fitting 100 watts with pressure die cast housing with IP65 protection including taking down unserviceable fitting all as speciifed and as directed. Make Bajaj / philips / Wipro.

Supply and Fix GI bracket made out of 40mm dia light grade upto 1.5 mtr length duly bent, fabricated to an angle of 135 degrees ,fixed to PCC poles with MS clamps, bolts,nuts, washers etc all as speciifed and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC looping box for cable termination of size 140 x 95 x 40mm with aluminium busbar mounted on epoxy insulators with locking arrangement duly fitted to steel tubular poles with necessary clamps bolts, nuts, washers etc all as directed

Supply , install and tesing of split units indoor/outdoor inverter type AC complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 3 star rating capacity 1.5 TR complete all as directed and specified. Taking out old underground cable of any size and any core all as speciifed and as directed.Note : good conditioned bricks , pcc covers will be kept aside and duly stacked for reuse and will be measured under respective item of schedule.

Disconnecting the electrical connections from the Busbar chambers and dismantling the busbar complete and making good the surfaces all as speciifed and as directed.

Weather proof busbar chamber 600x450x300MM made out of 3 MM thick CRCA steel sheet & 40x5 MM angle iron frame with locking arrangements incl. Provn of 4 Nos aluminium busbar of 200 Amps rating mounted on insulated frames 2 Nos incl. connecting up incoming & outgoing cables complete with glands,llugs incl.painted with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including neessary earthwork , mass PCC all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of MCCBs Triple pole 10KA, with thermal based release in replacement of old Unserviceable MCCB's all as specified and as directed of following capacities :-
