M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/ stone surface/ brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer over & including 3mm thick white wall care putty, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coats of uniform texture painting of matt finish over a coat of oil bound distemper including washing rubbing and stopping old distempered and painted surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement and preparing of old decorated surface of wall, external fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja etc and applying Two coat of weather coat (Smooth classic) anti fungal exterior coating emulsion paint, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer on ceilings, complete, all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles, dark shade/double Charged/Ultra charged,10 mm thick(square or rectangular ) polished area of each the n-exc 0.36 sqm laid as in floors, setting and jointed with cement slurry over & including 15mm thick bedding of layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in floors over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position, unframed work.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantlings timber un framed and fixed, clean sawn, complete, all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete, all as specified and directed

M&L for 6mm thick Plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete, all as specified and directed .

S&F 4mm thick Non asbestos (classic designer pattern) fibre cement building board inserted in to anodised aluminium snap grid ceiling comprising of snap grid frame work for false ceiling of 605mmX605mm size panel with hangers 4mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means f slab ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expension hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as per manufacturers instructions including fixing of nut, bolt and clamps with help of drilling machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as required and keeping serviceable light fittings in safe custody for reuse in the work as directed.

M & L for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.50 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC concealed (ISI Marked) of required size along with all fitting/ fixtures such as Tee, Bend, Elbow socket, Saddles etc. and making good the disturbed surface and connecting to common earth dolly complete with 1.6mm thick sunk in pressed steel terminal box of suitable size / shape for accommodating switches sockets, regulators with brass screws,washers with hylem sheet of 3mm thick in white / smoke gray/ off white colour for One light point controlled by one No. one way 5 Amp switch complete.

All as per item No 44 above but one fan point controlled by one way switch.

S&F for Sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm (Nominal area), 1100 V grade and one run of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 V grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed muti stranded copper conductor cable as in earth continuity conductor drwan through in and including PVC Casing-in-Caping of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories on roof/wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed surace with cement sand plaster (1:6) and white washing/distempering to match the existing surface complete. Note:- Two runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing-in-caping shall be measured as one unit length.

All as per Item No 50 here in before but sub main wiring with two run multi standard FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 4 Sqmm and one run of size 4 Sqmm for continuous earthing.

M&L for fine sand (river sand) spread in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under the cable and 15cm over the cable, punned down gently to 18cm for protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer–in-charge. Note :- Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying burnt brick of size 230x115x75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches complete, all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.00 mm thick, buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal groud level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to and including copper earth strip 25X3.00 mm thick by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth wire protected with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and earth pit surrounded by picked layer of coal dust and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with RCC cover and framing including necessary earth work etc, complete all as specified. Note: Resistance value should be less than 05 Ohm.
