Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 1.01 here-in-before but depth exc 1.50 mtr & not exc 3.00 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying of well burnt bricks subclass ‘B’ (old size) for protection of cable laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable protection with river washed sand 8 cum before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cabl and punned as specified in SSR Part -I complete all as specifed and as directed as per SSR Part - I complete.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in fundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Old UNSV ACSR conductor of any size/type complete all as directed

Dismantling of old unsv insulators of any size /type from poles complete all as directed

Dismantling stay assemby (including demolition of concrete upto ground level) and removing the debris to a distance n.exc 250 m all as directed.

M & L for stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts including GI bow turn buckle etc., all as per Electrical plate No 1 or SSR Part - I 2009 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Loop type insulator, stay clamps will be included in quoted rate and excavation, PCC will be measured and paid separaely.

Re-stretching existing ACSR conductor on pole and binding conductor on insulator properly using new binding wire/jumper wire complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Each line of conductor shall be measured & paid for separately.

S & F GI tubing, light grade galvanised with all fitting on poles, laid under floors, road crossing etc of following size. (a) 50 mm bore

Material & Labour for jointing and testing Indoor/out door type cable termination (heat Shrinkable) jointing kit for 1100 Volts underground XLPE cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 3 ½ core including taking out old/unserviceable joints complete all as directed. Make:- DENSON/3M/M-seal

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts/11000 volts connecting and testing for any size complete as directed. Note:- Excavation,earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old UNSV cable of any size complete all as directed including taking out old damaged cable and all as specified and as directed. Note:- excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately) of following sizes :- (a) Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completionincludingd taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.Note : Rate for taking down of old unsv earthing upto ground level may also be includ in quoting rate).

M & L for cleaning, preparing the surface of steel tubular LT pole 9 mtrs long including removing dust particles and painting with two coat of aluminium/synthetic enamel paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps eye hook etc and providing Blue & white strips alternatively 25cm each from PCC coping to 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for cleaning and removing of rust particle, preparation of surface of panels of any size indoor/outdoor type and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer by using sprey gun including minor repair of LT door, hinges and locking arrangement by using welding machine/screws as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable PCC/Tubular pole and taking out clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 9.0mtr long complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 in true vertical position, including providing blue and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the copping of pole starting with blue strip including shifting of existing conductor, D clamps and other items from old pole to new pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separtely

S& F Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green having small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm and complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling taking down old cross arms, clamps, bracing etc of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Cost of cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if reqd shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

Material & labour for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections of any size and shape including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes in bolts of any size also including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm height and 65 mm dia with GI spindle two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 31x3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old/unserviceable service cable of any size including GI supporting wire, insulators etc carefully of any size complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying connecting & testing P.V.C insulated sheathed, aluminium conductor, stranded cable of size 10 Sqmm twin core flat or circular, 1100 volts grade service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Material & Labour for 3.15mm or 4.00 mm dia galvanized iron continuous earth conductor and proper binding with insulator, cross arms or eye hook including dismantling of old unsv. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated with galvanized steel wire 3.15 or 4 mm dia including dismantling existing unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for laying for galvanized stay strand wire of size 7/4.0 mm including taking down old unserviceable stay strand wire from various sites complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

a) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps cap 4 wire fixed on insulator not less than 1.0 mtr long bus bar -1 set b) Incoming MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 36 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 1 No Make:Schneider (Compact CVS) /L&T (d-sine) /Siemens (3VL)

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as cable lugs, steel nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, spreaders, provision of extra holes in bus bar, provision of cable gland etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The Panel shall be surrounded with 23cm brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed.
