SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORK)

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set & jointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450X300X7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over with and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab/ tiles of any description or any thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar on roof including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick black granite stone slab machine cut, as in cooking platform, windows cills and the like laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick black granite stone slab machine cut, as in vertical surface like skirting/dado, jambs, pillars fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing screed in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut pre-polished Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick, factory made bull nosed exposed edges as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over including rubbing and polishing complete with and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each and removing from site including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel, cills etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made double extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fasts/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) (MS hold fasts/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall deem to be included in quoted rate) (ii) For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable (iii) Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be admissible.

S & F for 30mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid Moulded WPC door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F factory made solid wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly → supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for built in steel cup board with pressed steel frame of size 75 mmx 45 mmx 1.25 mm thick with pressed steel shutter 1 mm thick Godraj pattern fixed to masonary wall by hold fast out of 25x3mm flat iron including MS hanging rod of 10 mm dia with bracket fixed on inner side of one leaf of shutter and on other leaf provision of MS peg set of 3 pegs, locking arrangement including spary painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all around on steel surface of frame and shutter and making good distrubed portion in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium windows sliding type (3 shutter type) with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr (minium) incl stainless steel mosquito proofing wire mesh fixed with , clips, frame , necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading, suitable anodized aluminium fittings such as hinges , handles including powder coated aluminium frame one or more rebates, grill etc and S&F 5.5 mm thick black sheet glass, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19 mm thick WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with SS screws to WPC frame work in cupboards/kitchen cabinets rebated or flat edged, fancy handles, magnetic lock & brass knob as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stainless steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm flap (when open) continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel 150mm size helical door spring including roller and roller plate fixed with screws to wooden chowkat or welded to steel frame, complete complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick stone dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering using ready mix plaster bags in cement mortar 1:4 with using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructionson fair faces of brick work or concrete external wall surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprately under respective item (ii) Contractor will procure and deposit ready mix bags for 100% quantity as per contract to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days of Work Order)

Supply only Water Proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on concrete surfaces on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical manner, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying one coat of primer using roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper using roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles set in cement mortar 1:6 incl all necessary form work and finishing exposed concrete surface complete all as spd and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. brick work and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm girth complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 20 mm thick on irregular faces of wall and on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sunken slab treatment comprising of the following :- (a) Taking out/ down old existing sunken slab treatment and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish from the site of work to a distance n.exc. 250mm compete all as specified and directed. (b) Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) Material & labour for applying bituminous priming coat/tack coat over PCC surfaces @ 0.30 Kg per square metre of surfaces. (d) Material & labour for applying bitumin grade 85/25 over priming coat @ 1.20 Kg per Square metre. (e) Material & labour for 25mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound (WPC) @ 200 ml per bag of cement. on wall of sunken floor (f) Material & labour for suitable thickness of PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate) for filling in the sunken portion of slab up to its floor level. (g) Supply & fix of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 450m long (for draining out the water) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees ( Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas, wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finihes with and incl material and labour in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) / Brick work in CM 1:4 as required at site and complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/Arch slab, incl taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster on roofs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 200 ml per 50 kg of bag of cement including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement for laying water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Preparation: The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp objects. Cleaning of PCC shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the liquid applied membrane. (a) Grout: Providing Chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout Injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18 mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. Angle fillets/Coving: Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add “multipurpose mortar”, 10% by weightofcement). First apply the bonding coat of Multi-Purpose Polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges. Note: Grouting will be done when and where ever required.

(b) Treatment of pipe entry points: Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC /MS Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout up to the surface of the bore while the bonding agent is in tacky state. the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU Sealant or dual shrinkage compensated Micro concrete Note: Will be done when and where ever required (c ) Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethane with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to Podium area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation. Material coverage 1.2kg /sq.mt. (Note: Contractor will deposit 100% CA quantity to the Engr-in-Charge within 15 days after placing work order No 1.”

M&L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish complete all as specified and directed. (Height of work to be considered upto 3.5m and upto 7.00 mtr from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note : Wherever reinforcement is required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement for measurement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account).

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing existing RCC structure work by guniting to damaged edges bottom of beams, chajja, facia, slab 40 mm to 60 mm thick and part of RCC members in cement mortar 1:3 and depositing material/mortar with spray gun under a pressure of 20 to 30 N/Sqcm including scaffolding and supplying wire mesh 50mmx50mm of 2 mm dia including cutting, welding and placing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 3 mm thick (averaging) wall care putty for making smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with hot dip galvanized self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers, fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as pecified and directed .

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including notching, drilling, fittings, riveting and / or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing fittings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing conf to Fe-410-w (Gde-E -250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm using rolled to painting, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain etc incl rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

PATH/HARD-STANDING AND AREA DRAINAGE

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc10 sq m on plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
