Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Maintaining and Monitoring of GPS based Vehicle Tracking System in key machinery and equipment engaged in execution of road works under PMGSY & RCPLWEA in Uttar Pradesh and its integration including the following works: (a) Resource – Development and deployment of resources to control and command at State head quarter for 02 years (b) Web application – Development and delivery of VTS Software (Web Application and hosting of VTS software) with helpdesk support for 02 years and (c) Control Room – Development and setup of control room having laptop / desktop and LED TV etc. with maintenance for 02 years (d) other misc. items or works as required to implement the GPS enabled VTS system GST shall be paid extra as per applicable rates.

Note: Total contract period is 24 months. As 02 units of GPS enabled VTS will be required to install on an average 900 Conventional Technology Roads for the duration of 0.5 months in 01 year contract period and 05 units will be required to install on an average 680 FDR Technology Roads for the duration of 03 months in 01 year contract period, the weighted usage /utilization period for 1500 units will be 12.8 months. Therefore, the bid amount is calculated for weighted usage time of 12.8 month and determined by multiplying the monthly quoted amount by bidder by 12.8 month (for example : Contract Value = 1500 x Quoted Rate Per Unit Per Month x 12.8 Month). • Bidder should quote the rate of per unit per month by considering the all work as mentioned in the BoQ. • *For item #A, the rates are to be quoted for one device not on the day basis but for the entire month (30 days ) with all service, report, manpower, hardware and software etc. as defined in Section #7 Scope of Work but payment will be made on actual basis per day of GPS Tracker Device to be installed in one Vehicle/equipment/Machineries actually used in construction at site. Rate per day of GPS Tracker device would be rates quoted by bidder divided by 30 days (calculated on pro rata basis). • Estimated quantity is approximate i.e. 1500 units per month (quantity may increase or decrease as per requirement which may be () 50%). • Agency/firm will submit the invoice/bill on monthly basis in the first week of every month during contract period. • Period of deployment of GPS Tracker Device to be installed in one Vehicle/equipment/Machineries used/utilized in construction at site will be Considered from actual date of mobilization and actual date of demobilization of Vehicle/Equipment/Machineries by contractor for construction of road at Site. Accordingly, period of installation of GPS Tracker Device will be considered for payment on per day basis.
