Supply and clamping of 3 ½ x 50 sqmm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and laying of 3 ½ x50 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre putting 0.15 metre layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3 1/2 x 50 sqmm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3 ½ x 50 sqmm PVC LTUG Aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete.

Supply and fixing of 6 way Vertical Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal door) with 1 no. 100A 4P MCB switch as incoming and 2 nos. 63A 3P MCB, 12 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing with suitable cable end box in flush with wall with earth connection only. Higher End.

Supply and fixing of 4 way Vertical Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal) with 1 no. 63A 4P MCB switch as incoming and 12 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall with earth connection only. Higher End.

Supply and fixing of 12 way single pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with 1 No 32 A DPMCB as incoming and 10Nos 6Amps to 32Amps SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only. The MCB DB and MCB’s should be with ISI mark(Like Legrand /Hager make).

Supply and fixng of TNEB meter board suitable fo r3 phase100A service connection madeup of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feetx1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size1-1/2"x1-1/2"x1/4"rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x1-1/2feet of 12mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3Nos.100A fuse units(500V),1No.neutral link,copper earth flat of size 1"x1/4"with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with earth connection complete.

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 GI wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work.

Supply and Fixing of 32A DPMCB in suitable MS box witth connection.

Supply and Fixing of 2 KVA single phase micro processor controlled true ups system with builtin isolation and power factor correction with Exide smf batteries 12v-150AH-2nos for 2 hours backup time and with suitable Ms powder coated rack for batteries.
