Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification. Two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, in cement mortar.

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade and disposal of surplus earth within lead upto 50 metres.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fixed and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. Supplying at site angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc. complete. Angular iron post of dimension 65 × 65 × 6 mm.

Supplying and stacking at site stone aggregate of size 63 mm to 45 mm.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3-wheeled road/vibratory roller of 8–10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.

Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of tile 600 × 600 mm.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Supplying at site angle iron post and strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc., complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre per 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg per 10 sqm).

Applying priming coat With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works.

Construction of brick boundary wall with RCC post at regular interval, RCC tie beam at bottom, 223 mm thick brick wall upto plinth level and half brick thick brick wall at superstructure including plastering etc. complete as directed by the department.

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. 1.10.1 Group A.

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 × 2.5 sq.mm + 1 × 2.5 sq.mm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240 / 415 volts, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 2.10.1 Single pole.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
