M/o completed scheme finishing and furnishing i/c T.C. etc. complete at Vikas Sadan.

Disinfection and Crawling Insects: Providing disinfection service comprising of spaying human friendly, non-polluting safer in-secticidal formulation spraying chemical emulsion recommended by WHO follow the norms specification of bureau of Indian standard (BIS) with pressure pumps in the entire premises I.e. inside as well as outer area of the building. This service will carryout for controlling all types of crawling insects such as cockroaches, silverfish, bedbugs, red ants, black ants, spiders etc. The services will be provided on monthly basis (once in a month) in the entire office area by spraying and Gelling (Cockroaches) as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge. (Approx. area for a service is 44454.89 sqmt)

Rodent Management Services: The service will be carried out for controlling rodent problem inside as well as outside the premises and safeguarding the important files, papers, Boxes, carpets, electrical and Telephone wiring, wooden ceiling, panelling, cardboards, raw materials etc. from Rodents damage. The service will be provided in the entire office area inside the building area including office cabins, rooms toilets corridors, false ceilings etc. The treatment will be carried out by mechanical trapping Roda-boxes or tunnels along with glue pads placed on each floor including basement area and service operator will keep on changing their location/position during his visit at DDA, using glue-boards and poison baiting inside area. For providing the services, the services operator of the contractor shall visit DDA for controlling the rodent problem and the services operator during his visit will change / replace the glue pads/bait-stickers & used glue pads will be disposed off outside the building. The service will be provided as per requirement and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge. (Approx. area 44454.89 sqmt).

Vector Control Services: The service will be carryout for controlling mosquitoes, flies and other flying insects. This will be provided by treating the breeding areas such as open drains, dustbins, garbage area, receiving area, front and rear area of the plant under the bushes damp area along the walls etc. This treatment will be carryout by outdoor spray, indoor spray and larvicidal in drains once in a month. The service will be provided on fortnight basis (twice in a month) as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge. (Approx. area for one service is 44454.89 sqmt ).

Providing well trained monkey handler to drive away monkeys from in and around Vikas Sadan premises including neccessary T & P like Lathi, Whistle, health insurance of the manpower engaged at work, etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
