GE(S)BTD 43 OF 2026-27 REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN BR ITEMS IN JADUNATH ENCLAVE UNDER AGE BR-I OF GE(S) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Comprehensive maintenance for Carpentry work by attending day to day complaints of joinery related such as replacement of Builders hardware of doors, windows & cupboard and other Carpentry nature works like easing/re-securing & adjusting, without taking down shutter of door, windows and cupboards. Tightening of screws for tower bolt/Aldrop bolt/ stoppers, handle hinges in respect to Easing of door / windows/cupboards (Steel Wooden/Aluminium) of any description and size by cleaning, adjusting in position and making the same functional incl fittings (if reqd) with and incl greasing, oiling, screws/nales for fixing the fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance to plumbing work by attending day to day complaints of plumbing nature like leaking bib taps, stop cock of any pattern or of any type including minor repairs to flush cistern, repair to PE-AL-PE composite pressure pipe/GI/cPVC pipe leakages, removing air blockages if any and refixing old serviceable bib cocks, stop cocks any pattern after minor repairs such as replacement of washers, jumpers and spindle etc complete all as specified and directed. (any items like thread , Teflon tape, rubber washer, syphon kit, jumpers, brass spindles, caps etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates).

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work in cement mortar 1:6 with sub class `B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0m mean radius built complete all as specified and directed.

M&L half brick work in cement mortar (1:4) with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth but without using extra cement and applying wall care putty (1.5mm thick) in two layers on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc preparatory to paint and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & fair but without using extra cement and applying wall care putty (1.5mm thick) in two layers on wall surface and smoothening the surface with sand papers / Mechanised sanding etc preparatory to paint and two coat of acrylic emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of primer prepared surface by using Airless spray/Roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement and applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each as doors, windows & ventilators etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.
