Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing brick work with C.B. bricks (25x12x8mm) Size, having crushing strength not less than 75kg / sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in C.M (1:6) in F&P including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding Empty cement Bag). (including 1% labour cess)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick work including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (including 1% labour cess)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement punning over plastering including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (including 1% labour cess).

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing HYSD bar reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works with steel shuttering plates and dismantling them after casing including cost of materials complete in wall of T.Tanks etc.

Monoblock centrifugal pumpset 1700 LPM at 28 Mtr head 10 HP/ 7.5 KW squirrel cage induction motor with companion flanges and class-F insulation suitable for operation at 415 volt +6%-15%, 3 phase 50Hz AC power supply confirming to IS 9079/2002 with ISI mark & guarnatee period & inclusive of cost of transportation to site. The manufacturer should be a reputed company having wide dealership network and the spare parts should be easily available.The materials of construction as given below (a) Casing: FC 200 as per IS 210/1978 (b) Impeller : Bronze grade LTB - 2 of IS 318/1981 (c) Shaft: High carbon steel grade 40 c 8 of IS 1570(part 2) (d) Gasket: As per IS 5120/1977. NB: Pump set to be tested at PTL,OLIC, Bhubaneswar at random at contractor's cost.

Control Panel with Automatic Star Delta starter sheet steel enclosure suitable for operation of squirrel cage induction motor upto 15 HP with 16 Amp (AC-3) contactor at 415 volt +6%-15%, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply with suitable overload relay & No volt coil with electric pnemutic timer suitable for operation at voltage range of 300-440 volt including cost of transportation to site .The starter should provide dependable protection against overload and single phasing & should be of reputed brand having wide dealership network for easy availability of spares. NB:Starter will be sent to PTL,OLIC,Bhubaneswar at random for necessary testing at the contractor's cost.

3x10 sqmm PVC insulated (HD) tropoder armoured Electric Cable with alluminum conductor for use in 3 phase power system of working voltage upto & including 1100 volts at 50Hz confirming to IS 1554(Pt-5)/1988 including cost of transportation to site.

63 AMP T.P.mainswith confirming to IS No.4064(Part I & II) with ISI marking of reputed company with utilisation capacity cagegory AC-22.

4 KVAR Capacitor

100mm dia nominal bore G.I.pipe having wall thickness 4.5mm electrical resistance welded of medium class confirming to IS-1239(part-I/2004) with latest ammendments, screwed at both ends as per IS- 554 with socketed at one end and the other end protected with plastic threaded protector including its transportation and unloading at L.I.P. site. The socket confirming to ISI 1239(part II/1992) with latest ammendments in random length of 4 to 7 mtr.Each pipe should bear IS certification and manufacturers name/trade mark.

Unplasticised rigid UPVC pipe 200mm dia ivory grey in colour having specific gravitity of 1.40 to 1.46 gms/cc of straight length of 6 (six)mtrs for portable water supplies confirming to IS- 4985/2000 of BIS-ammendments-2 read with table I of IS-specification bearing ISI marks for working pressure & Class I UPVC pipe to withstand pressure of 2.5Kgf/sqcm and the specification and manufacturer name should be prominently marked on body of each pipe as per latest Amendment of IS- 4985.It includes the cost of sockets in case of plain ended pipes. PDI test are tobe conducted and should be marked on body of the each pipe& report is tobe obtained from CIPET, Bhubaneswar/EPM, Orissa, BBSR for necessary approval of authority.

Power supply

Construction of 11KV 3phase 3 wire line with 9mtr long 300kg PSC pole supported and alloy conductor 34 sqmm with river crossing guarding as per RE standard and specification (60mtr average span length).

Construction of 11/0.4 KV 25 KVA (3star Rated) double pole mounted substation with 9 mtr long 300kg PSC pole supported and moulded circuit brackets of 90Amp with all materials required as per RE standard and specification and Barbed wire fencing size 15'x10' with construction of retaining wall, errection of RCC fencing post, sand filling and metal spreding, fixing of iron grill gate with all accesories as per CESU specification

Construction of 3 phase L.T. Line with supports of 200 kg PSC pole of 8 mtrs. Long of span length 40 mtrs. With 3x35+1x25 mm2 XLPE A.B. Cable with required materials, piercing connector, Pannel, etc. including cost of materials, labour, transportation etc. complete including painting in Navy Blue colour band with inscription of OLIC in each Pole.

3 Phase Energy Meter Tested by DISTCO

Earthing installation including excavation of two nos of earth pits of size 1.2 mtr x1.2mtrx2.5 mtr and filling the earth pit with alternative layer of 0.60mtr x0.60mtr x0.30 mtr of common slat and charcoal around the G.I. earthing pipe including cost of salt, charcoal, 100amp cable socket, soft solder, G.I. nut bolts including tranportation of materials to site and including the cost of 40mm dia G.I.pipe 6 mtr & No.8 GI Wire 10 Kg etc complete.

Electrical Installation & energisation (Wiring , Clipping, Cost of Condute pipe & Labour charges for fitting of starter, main switch, etc.
