M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine cut kota stone 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10mm thick back coat layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pergo tiles wooden mat finishes of size (1200x200x6 mm) laid over PVC foam 5 mm thick with SR adhesive over 50 micron polythene sheet complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Pergo/TDC/Silicon .

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exceeding 1.5Sqm and not exceeding 4Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- 1. Qty of liquid sludge shall be measured for payment under this item. 2. Arrangement of Land for the disposal of waste is complete responsiblity of contractor.

Arrangement of suction machine is responsiblity of contractor.

Demolition or breaking up drain pipe 150mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or reinforcement concrete) set in cement mortar/concrete complete all as specified.
