Supply, Erection, Testinf and Commissionig of 9.0 mtr Long GI (65 micron DFT single dip) octogonal poles uniformally tappered with thickness of 3mm with bottom/top Dia of 155 mm /70mm & base plate of 260x260x16mm/pcd 260 mm provided with proper door opened gear box for connections on the bottom side.(standard make) including providing and fixing of suitable sign board fabricated out of sheet steel indicating name of concerned DDC candidate to each pole

Providing of RCC foundation in for 9.0 mtr. Long Octogonal pole (2ftx2ftx5ft) with 4ft UG including cost of Template (As per foundation drawings) including the cost of shuttering & curing.

Providing and fixing of G.I. foundation bolts 750 x24 mm long (set of 4no's per pole) to be fixed with the Tar steel of Foundation along with MS rings.

Supplying and fixing of pole Earthing Complete by GI rod 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip(25x3 mm) fixed with base plate with 1.2 Mtr away from the pole.

Providign and fixing of G I Round type ring Bracket 4 Arm.

Providing and fixing of Cable Termination & Luminary connections using 4-way terminal block/ connectors & four no. of 1 amp MCB with strip (Legrand/Havells make or equivalent) including copper lugs, nuts& bolts,washers etc for poles with four way type bracket to be fitted properly inside the door opened gear box provided on the bottom side of the pole.

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of outdoor type 100 watt LED Flood light(10000 lumens), IP66 with Auto ON/OFF Day Night Sensor of BAJAJ/GE/HPL/ HAVELLS/WIPRO/ PHILLIPS/ CROMPTON/MURPHY make suitable for above high mast application complete

1 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand flexible copper wire for service connections from connection plate to the LED luminary indidual circuit including loop & earthings laid properly including bunching(Havells/polycab make or equivalent)

2-core 10 sq.mm Alumunium unarmoured PVC insulated cable to be laid U/G or A/G as per site requirment (Havela/polycab or equivalent make)

10 Sq.mm Alumunium cable thimbles/lugs at termination points including providing of insulation tape.
