Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shale, murram gravel, stoney earth & earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil and depositing the earth in the places shown by the Engineer with initial lead of 10 M and initial lift of 2 m etc., complete, for upstream side retaining wall, kerb wall and fencing work complying with standard specifications.

Removing the Slipped earth deposited in Downstream Right Flank area from top to bottom and disposing away from the site with lead of 2 KM and lift of 20 m etc., complete with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in - charge.

Refilling with earth including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete for building basement as per specification and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:3:6 (one cement, three sand, and six part of aggregate) using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete for retaining wall, kerb wall, fencing and building basement as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:2:4 (one cement, two sand, and four part of aggregate ) using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm & 20 mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including shuttering charges, placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete for upstream side retaining wall and kerb wall as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:2:4 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20 mm and down graded including shuttering charges,placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing of Screed concrete at the dam top with Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 6 mm and downgraded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Providing Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) using machine mixing for, new hard granite stones including bond stones wherever found necessary and curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and placing in position Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for Protection wall & Column, Plinth beam, Lintel, sunshade, Beam, Roof slab, Precast slab for Guard room and control room using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm downgraded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.

Chipping the loose flush pointing and removing old cement mortar joint, removing the loose materials , clearing the joints to a minimum depth of 50 mm , packing and pointing with cm 1:3 for 50 mm depth down stream face of dam under hanging condition including cost of all materials working platform rope, ladder, all labour, charges T&P labour charges for operating hanging platform curing etc., complete.

Providing 'Poly Ironite Ceramic Cementitious (PICC)' for masonry joint filling to a depth of 5 cm including preparing of 'T' joint of masonry by removing existing loose portion of stone masonry by racking out the masonry joints / epoxy treated joints to required depth, cleaning with special chemical 'Steripure 100' with pressure water jet for removing to algae fungi, applying bond coat before PICC application and top coat after finishing , complete on up stream face of dam as per specification including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, hire charges of cranes, insurance charges, transportation with all leads and lifts and any other incidental charges on the Up stream face of the dam as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Pack grouting the holes by Poly Cementitious material as per requirement to reduce the porosity of masonry surface and to increase the strength of structure using grouting m/ c, mixer, etc and all relevant safety with all lead and lifts, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of Vertical and Horizontal porous drain by using flexible reamers and High pressure air Water jet for removal of calcareous materials as per specification including cost of all materials, labour charges T&Ps etc., complete and as per instruction of Engineer in-charge at site.

Overhauling and reassembling of guide rollers,pulleys etc., of spillway gate complete using whatever suitable size/type spare required such as bearings, eccentric pin,oil seal, aluminium bronze bushes, spacer plates, gaskets, springs, etc., with good quality as per IS for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, dismantling charges , all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts etc. complete.

Over hauling and reassembling of manual operation arrangement,brake system,etc., complete in the spillway gate,power Intake gates & scour vent gates as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, dismantling charges , all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts etc. complete

Cleaning and regreassing of duplex chain for the spill way gate with servo prime 140 and cleaning the floor area free from spilled rope grease after completion of re-greasing including the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.as per the instruction of engineer at site including the cost of materials,labour charges, leads, lifts etc. complete.

Over hauling and reassembling of the scourvent gate & Intake gear box, coupling, pinions, rope drum etc., complete using whatever suitable size spares is required if any parts got damaged in it and then bring the entire gear box assembly into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including the cost of deduction of retrieved materials which are taken away by the contractor, dismantling charges , all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts etc. complete.

Over hauling and reassembling of the spillway gate gear box,Gear train assembly, coupling, pinions, rope drum etc., complete using whatever suitable size spares are required if any parts got damagedin it and then bring the entire gear box assembly into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of dismantling,all materials , labour charges, leads, lifts, etc,.complete.

Supply and fixing of new suitable size single stem musical note teflon cladded rubber seal with good quality rubber and adequate hardness for 2sides for the spillway gate using new cover plate, bolt & nuts washer,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal,seal cover plate,bolt and nuts,etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead,lift,etc.,complete.

Supply and fixing of new flat type rubber seal with good quality rubber and adequate hardness at bottom of the spillway gate using new cover plate, bolt & nuts washer,etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal,seal cover plate,bolt and nuts,etc complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit including the cost of materials,labour charges,lead,lift,etc,complete.

Painting with two coats of epoxy zinc rich Aluminium paint over one coat of Red oxide zinc phosphate after removing the old paint from the structures like Spillway gate structure, Intake gate structure, Scour vent gate structure and other structures completely as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of materials, lead, lift, etc.,complete.

Painting with two coats of Epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality after cleaning,scraping, and removing the old paint in the existing surface of the scour vent gate Parsonsvalley to Emerlad tunnel intake gate as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Painting with two coats of Epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality after cleaning,scraping, and removing the old paint in the existing surface of the spillway gates as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.

Replacement of the corroded MS plate by using new chequered plate 8 mm thick for hoisting deck bridge of spillway gate and spill way gate skin plate and its stiffeners by using suitable steel structures including reduction of realisation of scrap which is to be taken away by the contractor as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of dismantling the existing chequeredplate,all labour charges,transporting charges,loading and unloading charges etc., complete .

Painting with two coats of epoxy zinc rich Aluminium paint over one coat of Red oxide zinc phosphateof newly erected chequeredplate 8 mm thick for hoisting deck bridge of spillway gate as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of all labour charges, transporting charges, loading and unloading charges etc., complete
