M & L for 40 mm type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors/path and paving etc, finished even & rough, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses buit in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ chequered tile/interlocking tile including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exe 15cm thick below or above GL all as directed & cleaning premises Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc.63mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx30mm/20 x 20 x25 mm (as approved) thick set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM(1:6) in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All per item herein above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made rubber moulded chamfered edge cement concrete coloured, glossy finish paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; Complete all as specified and directed.

All per item herein above but except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of such as grill/roof purlin etc not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

S&F structural rolled steel work in joist, channels, angles or tee sections, fixed ,post independently without connecting plates, etc.,conf to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'B'. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 precast cement concrete type Bo 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate ) incl dismantling of existing jallies complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position, provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in foundation type C 2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm gde stone aggregate) as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Nonstructural steel framed work such as grill, grating, Gates etc. with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spike, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc,sliding channels for sliding of gate and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for mild steel black sheet in door 1.60 mm thick in steel gate and in similar work cut to size ,holes punched ,including round heraded screws ,cut nails or revets,and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with reveted or welded sams including or turning up,mitred complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxied primer including preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block walling exc. 10 cm width with solid block PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20 mm graded stone agg) and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herinabove but except precast concrete block set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, brought up to courses, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces & brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing even without using exta cement fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement,including form, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm in cement concrete, using extra cement, including form, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Welding in repairs in steel gates ,garages and in steel joinery work n.exc.2.5 CM in length and thickness of metal n.exc. 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50mtr wide and not exc 1.50mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, well watering ramming in layers not exceeding 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50mtrs and depositingwhere directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in fdn filling and mass concrete completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chain link MS galavanised fencing including line wires, of mesh size 50x50x 3mm dia wire including standard rail, straining bols etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed .

M &L two coat of synthetic enamel paint to steel surface over a coat of rex oxid primer exc 10 cm width or girth incl preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeddded in concret ,brick work masonry etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Nonstructural rolled steel work in Fencing post and strut including cuting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc including all necessarydrilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed .
