Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ terrace by picking including taking down existing detoriated / decayed tar felt or any treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing the scraped materials debris to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding etc (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in padding, coping etc., laid to proper slope and gradient, using with water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment by using APP torch on miniral/ slate finished membrrance over roof and vertical surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying oil based bituminous primer coat @ 0.30 ltr per sqm on clean and dry surface and then providing APP membrane having non woven polyster film reinforcement with 3 mm thick and weight not less than 3.00 kg/ sqm and finished on top with mineral/ slate finished torch on system laid with 100mm & 150mm over lap on side & end laps resepectely as per manufacturers compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPTT shall be done by approved applicator.

M&L for provision of water proofing treatment bover cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing membrane comprising of the following for approachable roofs including following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer 0.3kg/sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @1.2 Kg/sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of APP based polymeric water water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3kg/sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by frame, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPTT shall be done by approved applicator.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F machine cut pressed cement concrete tiles size 25cmx 25cmx 22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors and polished complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltr and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of 250 & 500 ltr PVC water tank on same position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing and connections of 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old 25mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or wall tiles etc on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
