M&L for bringing shingle or gravel from out side MoD land and forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 20 cm thick, levelling, and blinded with earth, watering, ramming/ rolling with tondome roller ( Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size, shape and camber as required, n exc 1.5m high from base as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for River bed material filling, in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, in two layers of 75mm thick each with coarse aggregates (Granite, Basalt or Trap stone) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 by cutback bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sq metre etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix (using bitumen VG-30) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber laid with mechanical paver (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (Paving bitumen any penetration) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to receive interlocking tiles including spreading, levelling in layers n exc 10 cm thick, well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushioning, set and jointed with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand cushioining shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre including necessary form work, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick expansion joints in concrete slab 250 mm thick, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs of path etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 20 cm thick, levelling, and blinded with earth, watering, ramming/ rolling with tondome roller ( Static and vibratory) under optimum moisture condition to 98% modified proctor density and finished to required gradient, size, shape and camber as required, n exc 1.5m high from base as in soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavated soil obtained from item No. 4.00 & 19.00 here-in-before shall be re-used for embankment purpose.)

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/ loose soil including spreading, watering, well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick after laying and testing of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation material (surplus soi) to a distance exc 1.5 km but n exc 5 km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished surface fair and even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces and finished surface fair and even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better flat fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20 cm wide flat rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete in foundation raft etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed

Add or deduct from item No. 36.00 here-in-before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm girth complete all as specified and directed.
