Providing 15 mm thick plastering using Ready mix internal plastering compound of approved make for internal faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand on wall surface to receive specified paint including scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying wall painting two coats with Lustur paint of approved brand to give an even shade with out cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying wall painting two coats on new work with premium plastic emulsion paint of approved brand to give an even shade without cement primer, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of approved make over concrete or Plastered surface up to 3 mm thick to get uniform surface free from undulation including,scaffolding, cleaning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats on steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a Primer Coat, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Project Engineer.

Providing and painting TWO coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade over an under coat of suitable shade primer of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and treating the OLD surface using ANTI-FUNGAL treatment in the following operations: (i) entire old paint to be scrapped out, (ii) The neeru / cement punning to be removed by chipping completely, (iii) one coat of Antifungal chemical having high degree of Santroprite (Sodium Chloro Penta Chlorophenate with diluant & additives) to be applied, (iv) entire surface to be finished with White cement based Wall putty of approved make to get uniform undulation free surface; complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Old paint will be removed thoroughly either mechanically or by wire brush before application of primer and paint coats and cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Quoted rate for shall include for cost of covering existing material/furniture/equipments/devices with plastic sheet, removing the old paint by mechanical wall sander/scrubber machine, and cleaning the area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge )

Providing and painting, finishing with antifungal paint of approved make with two coats over treated surface all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: 1. Old paint will be removed thoroughly either mechanically or by wire brush before application of primer and paint coats and cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Quoted rate for shall include for cost of covering existing material/furniture/equipments/devices with plastic sheet, removing the old paint by mechanical wall sander/scrubber machine, and cleaning the area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge )

Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using 100% SFMC

Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and Quartz sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and Quartz sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used). Note: Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item.

Supplying of unskilled man power / labour for loading / unloading, area cleaning and miscellaneous works etc. including cost of equipment / material whichever is required at site.

Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using Hframes with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. (2) For all items under this work order which require scaffolding, the Scaffolding will be measured and paid only once, irrespective of duration of scaffolding for the entire work and will not be seperately paid for each item. (3) Scaffolding shall be removed only after completion of all works. (4) The scaffolding once provided shall be removed after the entire work is neatly completed in all respects and payment shall be made after completion of all works and measurement will be taken only once. (5) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder/staircase module shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, upto the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/Supervisor to closely supervise the repair work at heights.The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (6)Contractor has to make arrangement at his own expenses for temporary sealing of windows/openings with plywood, to avoid breaking of windows panes, and covering outdoor ac units during the progress of work (7) Wherever scaffolding has to be erected over existing lawns or flowerbeds, then all such locations shall be completely covered with tarpaulins before erecting scaffolding. (8) Safety nets and nylon screens shall be provided for full height of scaffolding to prevent falling of debris and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (9) Scaffolding shall be erected as per the provisions of IS 3697 (10) All safety precautions and measures shall be taken as per BARC Construction safety Manual.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, liquid applied, crack bridging, elastic, 2 pack acrylic polymer modified cementitious water-proofing coating system on concrete /plastered wall surfaces. The waterproofing chemical shall have Tensile strength of not less than 2 N/mm2, Elongation not less than 35%. The substrate must be prepared by suitable mechanical preparation techniques such as high pressure water jetting, needle guns, blast cleaning etc. and properly pre-wetted to a saturated surface dry (SSD) condition. Blast clean to remove all contaminants within pores /blowholes. Mixing of Mortar shall be carried out as per Manufacturers specification using slow speed paddle mixer (500- 600 rpm). Subsequently, application of mortar and Curing shall be carried out as per Manufacturers specifications all as per the directions of the Engineer -in Charge at all levels and locations complete. (Note: Scaffolding will be measured and paid under relevant item)

Providing Reinforcement Steel of grade Fe 500D for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor manufactured confirming to IS:1786. Note : 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories with out any extra cost. 2. Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3. Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.

Electrical welding (6 mm Fillet) including transporting Electrical welding plant to the site etc. complete

Providing, applying and finishing walls with TWO Coats of water proof cement paint of approved make of required shade over new work including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
