Material and labour for taking out ductile iron, spigot & socket pipe of size 250 mm bore of class K-7 including breaking down PCC structure and including required excavation upto 1.5 metre depth, under any type of soil/ rock complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing ductile iron, spigot & socket pipe of size 250 mm bore of class K-7 including push-on rubber gasket joint and including connection, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Push-on rubber gasket joint wherever required shall be measured and paid separartely.

Supply and laying ductile iron spigot & socket pipe of size 250 mm bore of class K-7 including push-on rubber gasket joint and including connection, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Push-on rubber gasket joint shall be measured and paid separartely.

Material and labour for ductile iron fittings such as bends, collars, connecting pieces, tees, collars, elbows etc. suitable for upto 250 mm dia DI pipe including cement mortar lining inside complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, 1:3:6 mix, type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate, built in cement mortar 1:6 for platform/ staging complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair cast iron air release valves with two air outlets, 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of dia 250 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for push on rubber gasket joint suitable for ductile iron S/S pipe of size 250 mm bore of class K-7 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out galvanised iron pipe of size 25 mm to 100 mm bore including breaking down PCC structure and including required excavation upto 1.5 metre depth, under any type of soil/ rock complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing of galvanised iron tubing 25 mm bore, ISI marked medium grade galvanised with and including all galvanised iron tube fitings to be laid in trenches and fixtures such as tee elbow, diminishing pieces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing of galvanised iron tubing 40 mm bore, ISI marked medium grade galvanised with and including all galvanised iron tube fitings to be laid in trenches and fixtures such as tee elbow, diminishing pieces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing of galvanised iron tubing 50 mm bore, ISI marked medium grade galvanised with and including all galvanised iron tube fitings to be laid in trenches and fixtures such as tee elbow, diminishing pieces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Taking out the existing HT UG electric cable of size 120 sqmm x 3 core and PCC cover with glands, cable protection pipes, cable route indicators etc. complete from trenches or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork upto 1.5m deep for removing of cable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Material and labour for erection of cable route indicator for HT UG cable including embossing "HT UG CABLE" made of CI plate 5 mm thick and of 100 mm dia with fixing arrangement at ground level including PCC block in 1:2:4, type B1 of size 150 x 150 x 200 mm including necessary excavation and earthwork and with necessary mild steel angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm of 40 cm length with all necessary bolts, nuts, washers etc. and including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down PVC insulated galvanised strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grae with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core or 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork upto 1.5m deep for removing of cable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Material and labour for Double Wall Corrugated Polyethylene pipe (DWCPE pipes in Bar type), of size 63 mm outside diameter and 50 mm inside diameter, for cable protection conforming to IS 14930 made up of drugged and virgin high density polythene (HDPE) in double wall and having snap fit coupler for jointing two bar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double Wall Corrugated Polyethylene pipe (DWCPE pipes in Bar type), of size 160 mm outside diameter and 136 mm inside diameter, for cable protection conforming to IS 14930 made up of drugged and virgin high density polythene (HDPE) in double wall and having snap fit coupler for jointing two bar complete all as specified and directed.

PERIMETER WALL/ FENCING/ GATE

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like, any thickness above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to rough finished sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc.; vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, column andstanchions for fair finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high strength mild steel TMT reinforcement bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 49 above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm as in stirrups, spacers or binder complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16 mm to 20 mm dia of neck, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Length of ordinary bolts shall be measured from the underside of the head to the end of shank; length of double ended bolts and lewis bolts shall be measured overall.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipes 75 mm internal dia, laid as in weep holes, in any length, with adhesive joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing broken glass coping on top of walls using broken glass pieces, fixed in and including 20mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and fixing of broken glass quantity not less than 14kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised steel punched tape concertina coil of 610 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with weight 10 kg/ coil and average coverage area is 8 RM/coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15 mm dia GI wire or clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4, 0.71 mm thickness for fixing at crumple joint complete all as specified and as directed.

DEMOLITION

Demolition of wall brickwork/ block masonry/ stone or boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removing debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 km and not exceeding 5 km outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished/ dismantled building materials/ debris etc. to a distance of 500 metre or under, including loading, unloading, stacking and deposting at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 20,38,497.50 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
