Material and labour for refixing ductile iron, spigot & socket pipe of size 250 mm bore of class K-7 including push-on rubber gasket joint and including connection, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Push-on rubber gasket joint wherever required shall be measured and paid separartely.

Note:- Excavation and earthwork upto 1.5m deep for removing of cable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for column etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 grade (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like, any thickness above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 16 mm to 20 mm dia of neck, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Length of ordinary bolts shall be measured from the underside of the head to the end of shank; length of double ended bolts and lewis bolts shall be measured overall.
Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Each line wire to be measured)
Supply and fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix PVC pipes 75 mm internal dia, laid as in weep holes, in any length, with adhesive joints complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for providing broken glass coping on top of walls using broken glass pieces, fixed in and including 20mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and fixing of broken glass quantity not less than 14kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix galvanised steel punched tape concertina coil of 610 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with weight 10 kg/ coil and average coverage area is 8 RM/coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15 mm dia GI wire or clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix plain aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4, 0.71 mm thickness for fixing at crumple joint complete all as specified and as directed.
DEMOLITION
Demolition of wall brickwork/ block masonry/ stone or boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removing debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 km and not exceeding 5 km outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement (demolition of concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.
