S&F as in repair & replacement AMF panel for 200 KVA DG Set indoor type floor mounted , IP 42, Aluminium Busbar suitable for rating 320 A , Powder Coated complete with all fitting and accessories as per OEM. INCOMING : (i) MCCB 320A 36 KA,4 pole with spreader terminal - 01 Nos (ii) Digital Voltmeter & Ampmeter -01 Nos (iii) Digital Ampmeter - 01 Nos with all connecting CT and accessories (iv) LED indicator R,Y,B. OUTGOING : (i) MCCB - 250 A,36 KA,4 Pole with spreader terminal - 01 Nos (ii) VAF Meter suitable - 01 Nos (iii) AMF Relay Contactor - 02 Nos suitable for 200 KVA DG set Note : (i) Installation of AMF panel and connected foundation work as per manufacturer instruction disconnecting and taking out existing LT panel/AMF panel including electically disconnecting and reconnecting the new installed AMF panel with the same cable after completion of all connected works shall be deemed to be included in the item. (ii) Testing & commission of DG Set with AMF Panel shall be deemed to be included in the item.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc including taking out old cable. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc including taking out old cable. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting, testing, commissioning LT UG cable XLPE Insulated,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade conforming to IS 7098 with aluminium conductor multi-strand of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches / ducts/ inside protection pipe including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips etc including taking out old cable. all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note for item No 7 to 11 :- (a) Excavation, sand cushioning, bricks shall be measured and paid separately

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and filling for dry sand in cable protection trenches before and after the cables are laid, for sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : thickness after punning of sand shall be (minimum as specified in SSR) measured and paid in this item.

Supply, lay and fix as in repair 80 mm bore galvanized iron tubing (light grade) including all fittings and laid in trenches, walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid in separate item

Material and labour for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
