Servicing of MECHANICALLY (GEAR) OPERATED rolling shutters of all sizes and anywhere in RRCAT's premises with or without wicket gates(without dismantling the shutter) including thorough cleaning of all the components, overhauling, greasing, reconditioning of end clips, realigning curtain ends, reconditioning the dents, if any on the surface of curtain, bottom rail and side guides including labourers, all welding, drilling, tentioning spring if needed, straightening, grinding, scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles with all consumables such as lubricants, white kerosene, grease, screws, nuts, bolts, washers rivets etc, making good any damages to civil works, oiling, greasing, cleaning the area by disposing off scraps, debris etc and demonstrating proper functioning of the shutters after such service etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of PULL & PUSH TYPE HAND OPERATED rolling shutters of all sizes and anywhere in RRCAT's premises with or without wicket gates (without dismantling the shutter) including thorough cleaning of all the components, overhauling, greasing, reconditioning of end clips, realigning curtain ends, reconditioning the dents, if any on the surface of curtain, bottom rail and side guides including labourers, all welding, drilling, tentioning spring if needed, straightening, grinding, scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles with all consumables such as lubricants, white kerosene, grease, screws, nuts, bolts, washers rivets etc, making good any damages to civil works, oiling, greasing, cleaning the area by disposing off scraps, debris etc and demonstrating proper functioning of the shutters after such service etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of ELECTRICALLY OPERATED rolling shutters with or without wicket gates by dismantling for overhauling of individual parts for repairs and after repairs i.e. top hood shaft cage, shaft brackets, springs, main curtain with lathe or mid bar type grills, wicket gate, side guides, bottom rails, gear units, bearings, electric motors, starters and thoroughly cleaning all the components, adjusting and tensioning springs, if needed, overhauling or repairing shaft and gear units, reconditioning end clips, realigning curtain ends, reconditioning dents, if any on the surface of curtain, bottom rail and side guides, repairing the starter, inspecting, taking out and replacing the damaged or defective components (replacement of part at quoted rate is payable separately under relevant item), ensuring proper locking arrangements, from both inside and outside including all welding, drilling, straightening, grinding, scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, with all consumables such as lubricants, white kerosene, grease etc. and small screws, washers, keys etc. making good any damages to civil works, cleaning the area by disposing off scraps, debris etc, oiling, greasing and demonstrating proper functioning of the shutters after such service etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of HAND OPERATED PULL & PUSH TYPE rolling shutters with or without wicket gates by dismantling for overhauling of individual parts for repairs and after repairs i.e. top hood shaft cage, shaft brackets, springs, main curtain with lathe or mid bar type grills, wicket gate, side guides, bottom rails, gear units, bearings and thoroughly cleaning of all the components, adjusting and tensioning springs if needed, overhauling or repairing shaft, reconditioning end clips, realigning curtain ends, reconditioning dents, if any on the surface of curtain, bottom rail and side guides, inspecting, taking out and replacing the damaged or defective components (replacement of part at quoted rate is payable separately under relevant item), ensuring proper locking arrangements, from both inside and outside including all welding, drilling, straightening, grinding, scaffolding, ladders, tools, tackles, with all consumables such as lubricants kerosene, grease etc. and small screws, washers, keys etc. making good any damages to civil works, cleaning the area by disposing off scraps, debris etc, oiling, greasing and demonstrating proper functioning of the shutters after such service etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges only for fixing one set of coiled spring (maximum of four numbers) in one rolling shutter for all type of rolling shutters including dismantling the rolling shutter, removing the existing setup, fixing the new coiled spring with nut bolts etc. greasing, servicing etc complete including tools and plant required for the complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position M.S. Lathes 18 Guage. x 75 mm (including bridging depth and curvature) after dismantling the rolling shutter, safe removal of the worn out latches including all labour, taxes, duties, scaffolding, transport, welding or riveting as the case may be, drilling, grinding, tools and tackles, applying one coat of primer wherever required etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18 Guage M.S. Clips in position after safely removing the worn out M.S. Clips including all labour, taxes, duties, scaffolding, transport, welding or riveting as the case may be, drilling, grinding, tools and tackles, applying one coat of primer wherever required etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position bottom rail of rolling shutter fabricated using M.S. Lathes 10 Guage x 150 mm high (including bridging depth) and with following features after dismantling the rolling shutter, safe removal of the worn out bottom rail including all labour, taxes, duties, scaffolding, transport, welding or riveting as the case may be, drilling, grinding, tools and tackles, applying one coat of primer wherever required etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
