Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing to the distance exceeding 50 metres but not exceeding 100 mitres where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for MS work as in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins ,post, rafters including distant pieces, cleats etc including cutting and welding required confirming to grade Fe 410-W grad quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed. Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Rendering 15mm thick of brick work or concrete surfaces, other than fair face (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:4 including WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Supply only liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid seperately

Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces on concrete surfaces/ ceiling, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete for kerbs stone of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 20mm graded aggregate (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering's, throating etc. and set & jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span, bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation Complete all as specified.

M&L chequered cement concrete coloured tiles machine pressed conforming to IS 13801:1993 and ISI marked, size not less than 300mm x 300mm (Approx), thickness 25mm, as in floor, paving set and jointed in neat cement to match with gray pigment all as specified and directed. Note : Chequered tiles pattern approved by Engr-in- Charge before execution of work, shape and size no given extra charg to contractor.

M&L for 60 mm thick interlocking machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape, any colour and rubber finished type confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade laid and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment laid complete all as specified and directed. Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area n-exc 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

S&F in repair Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene beeding/packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. with complete necesssary fittings all as specified.

S&F in repair powder coated to minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc, complete in all respect as per manufacturer's instruction and including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Also adjusting door chowkats and frame and refixing with new rowl plugs & 3 to 4" long standard steel flat headed screws and assuring the strength of chowkats/frames before refixing shutters etc complete all as specified and directed.

S/F for Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S/F for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail.
