Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 320 KVA (02 Nos.) AMF Panels, LT Panels, Bus Bar Panels including Servo Stabilizers and various armored Cables at 1000 LPM Oxygen Generation Plants (Make INMATEC) for One (01)Yearat District Hospital, Shopian as per annexure C of NIT

Complete Rewinding of 90 kW, 400V, 50Hz, 2975RPM, 3-Phase Induction Motor (FS Curtis Make) and Replacement of bearings set. The job includes decoupling and removal of the motor, removing the rotor from the stator and carrying out complete disassembly. The burnt/damaged winding shall be removed and the stator slots thoroughly cleaned and then rewinding the motor. Rewinding shall be carried out using high-quality copper winding wire with proper insulation, coil formation, and connections as per standard. The stator shall be varnished for proper insulation strength. The existing defective bearings comprising one set of Pulley End (PE) Bearing No. 6317/C3 and Opposite Pulley End (OPE) Bearing No. 6314/C3 shall be carefully removed using suitable tools and tackles, and replaced with new bearings of FAG or equivalent imported make, complete with proper greasing and ensuring correct fitment and alignment. The job further includes refitting of rotor into stator after rewinding and bearing replacement with due care to avoid damage to windings and components, complete reassembly of the motor, alignment, reinstallation and checking for smooth, vibration-free and satisfactory operation. The removed burnt copper winding/scrap material shall be taken by the contractor and its value is included in the quoted rate. All materials, copper winding wire, insulation materials, varnish, bearings, consumables, skilled labour, tools & tackles, handling/loading- unloading charges, transportation and all incidental works required for satisfactory completion of the job are included in this job.

Replacement of 01 set of Pulley End (PE) bearing No. 6317/C3 and Opposite Pulley End bearing No. 6314/C3 for 90KW, 400V, 50Hz, 2975 RPM, FS Curtis Make, 3 Phase Induction Motor. The job includes decoupling and removal of the motor, removing the rotor from the stator and then careful removal of existing defective bearings using suitable tools & tackles. Thereafter, new bearings of FAG make or equivalent imported shall be supplied and properly fitted in position including greasing and ensuring proper alignment. The job further includes refitting the rotor in the stator after bearing replacement with due care to avoid damage to the winding and components, complete reassembly of the motor, alignment, reinstallation, testing and commissioning of the motor for smooth, vibration free and satisfactory operation. All materials, skilled labours tools and tackles, and handling charges, complete in all respects are included in this job.

Provision for repair and maintenance of miscellaneous electro-mechanical equipments installed in the plant room like CCTVs, Ceiling/Exhaust Fans, water purifier, electrical fittings, and allied minor civil repairs, floorings, aluminium doors and windows, and allied electrical works , false ceiling (gypsum tiles) for operator room, sanitary/ plumbing works and other allied works at 1000 LPM Oxygen Generation Plants (Make INMATEC) at DH Shopian.
