Dismantling/Opening of DG set 15 KVA capacity Air/water cooled by unscrewing nuts, bolts and servicing of DG set, complete servicing, checking of oil, coolant, v-belts, greasing and oiling of parts and toping up , cleaning the inner & outer body, tank and radiator etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the DG set after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of DG set and testing complete including comprehensive maintanance of DG sets as per B check with providing qualified staff at the site which will be adequate to perform routine maint and observed and understand the fault, Rectified the fault if they fail to solve the faults, contractor shall immediatly provied extra specialised work force so as to attend to the fault in minimum reasonable time with out any extra cost.Complete all as specified and including replacement of following spare parts-:- Note:- (a) Repair and Transportation charge for carrying out pair and after repair carrying back to Power House shall be deemed to be included in this rates. (b) Servicing & Washing of complete engine parts with Kerosene oil. (i) Spin on filter for Lubricating Oil -01 No (ii) Diesel filter-01 No (iii) Air Filter - 01 No (iv) Water separator - 01 No (v) primary element - 01 No (vi) secondary element - 01 No Note -Make of DG 15 KVA are Kirloskar,cummines, Ashok Leyland

All as per item No. 1 above but for DG set 30 KVA capacity Air/water cooled complete all as specified and including replacement of following spare parts-:- (i) Spin on filter for Lubricating Oil -01 No (ii) Diesel filter-01 No (iii) Air Filter - 01 No (iv) Water separator - 01 No (v) primary element - 01 No (vi) secondary element - 01 No Note -Make of DG 30 KVA are Kirloskar,cummines, Ashok Leyland

All as per item No. 1 above but for DG set 62.5 KVA capacity Air/water cooled complete all as specified and including replacement of following spare parts-:- (i) Spin on filter for Lubricating Oil -01 No (ii) Diesel filter-01 No (iii) Air Filter - 01 No (iv) Water separator - 01 No (v) primary element - 01 No (vi) secondary element - 01 No Note -Make of DG 62.5 KVA are Kirloskar,cummines, Ashok Leyland

Opening of diesel engine and pump set 7.5 HP capacity Air/water cooled by unscrewing nuts, bolts and complete servicing, checking of oil, coolant, v-belts, greasing and oiling of parts and toping up , cleaning the inner & outer body, fuel tank etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the diesel engine and pump set after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts and testing complete as per B check with providing qualified staff at the site which will be adequate to perform routine maint , observe and understand the fault, Rectifiy the fault if they fail to solve the faults, contractor shall immediatly provied extra specialised work force so as to attend to the fault in minimum reasonable time without any extra cost.Complete all as specified and including replacement of all existing filters etc.

Supply only of following spare parts for item No-1 to 4 above :- Note:- (i) Fixing charges of these spare parts shall be deemed to be included in respective item of Sch A item 1 to 4. (ii) The make of different parts under this item shall be of Kirloskar/cummines/Ashok leyland as per OEM

(a) Lub oil

(b) Coolant additive

(c) Battery for DG SET 12 Volt 88 Ah make-Exide express/AMARON

(d) Battery for DG SET 12 Volt 120 Ah make-Exide express/AMARON

(e) Control panel comprising of composite meter for digital display of voltage, current, Power factor, kW frequency,energy meter and set of push start /stop, acknowledge /reset mains breaker close/trip alternator breaker close /trip and indications of (load on mains, load on set, set fails to start, low oil pressure, high temprature alarm, high temprature trip, alternator over load) self start assembly for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

(g) Tempratour sensor /HWT sensor assembly for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

(h) Add on block 2 NO+2 NC make- cat part LADN22 schneider or equivalent in appx "B"

(j) Power contactor(4 pole AC&DC control) current rating 32 amp AC1 rating50 Hz make- cat part LC1 E3210/LC1DT32 schneider or equivalent in appx "B"

(k) Relay card 12 V DC Cat part-RC5CH-1CO-12V DC-DC for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

(l) Fuel pump Assembly for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

(m) Fuel pipe line complete for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

(n) Self starter for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

(o) Rectifier for 15 to 62.5 KVA DG.

M&L for repairing of AMF panel/LT panels incl welding of doors, fixing of hinges, brazing complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of LT/AMF panel for painting with one coat primerand two coat of synthetic enamel paint area exc 10 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Replacement of change over switch 63 Amps 415 V , 4 pole front handle type as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.MAKE- Havells cat part IHCNF series OR EQUIVALENT IN ABB/L&T/SCHNEIDER/LEGRAND

M&L for Replacement of change over switch 100 Amps 415 V , 4 pole front handle type as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. MAKE- Havells cat part IHCNF series OR EQUIVALENT IN ABB/L&T/SCHNEIDER/LEGRAND

M&L for Earthing in repair complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm, burried directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.5 metres below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.8m below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32X6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing wire protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 50mm bore medium grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole/ test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil,charcoal, salt,funnel , PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & directed. Note - On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Supply & fixing earth continuity conductor fixed to panel/ DG set or buried in ground any other indicated situation for loop earthing GI earth strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm in depth.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) laid flat abutting each other with width of protection being equal to length of brick. The gap between adajcent bricks shall not exceed 10 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

laying only Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (retrieved undamaged old sub class 'B' bricks during excavation for laying of cable) with width of protection equal to length of brick laid flat abutting each other with width of protection being equal to length of brick. The gap between adajcent bricks shall not exceed 10 mm as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover.

Supply and Laying Cable in repair incl taking down XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armoured, cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade and connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls of following sizes :-

(a) 16 Sqmm, 4 core cable

(b) 25 Sqmm, 4 core cable

(c) 50 Sqmm, 3½ core cable

(d) 70 Sqmm, 3½ core cable

(e) 16 Sqmm, 2 core cable

(f) 10 Sqmm, 2 core cable

Supply & fixing or laying galvanised steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls under road crossing etc of following sizes including dismantling & taking down existing pipe :-

(a) 80mm bore

(b) 50mm bore

(c) 40mm bore

M&L for drilling hole under road for laying of U/G cable through pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and directed at site.
