Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for laying of water pipe lines/taking out pipe lines and getting out in soft/lose soil including forming bottom surface to required level and slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bacteriological and chemical analysis of water sample of Govt approved lab/ISO certified lab, the water sample to be carried every month or as directed by Engr -in- charge in sterilized bottle/watercan which will be the responsibility of the contractor. Cost of testing charges including conveyance and water test certificate to be submitted in Duplicate to Engineer-in-charge. Note: sample to be collected from sump and pump house as directed by Engr -in- charge.

M&L for Lifting of submersible pump set any description from borewell including column pipe and submersible cable and lowering of pump in bore well after development of borewell including refixing of coloumn pipes complete all as specified and as directed. Note: cost of disconnecting pipe from header / cables from panel shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for repairs & Servicing of defective submersible pump of capacity up to10 HP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts , assemble the pump properly after replacements of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of transporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. Cleaning of RCC underground sump of Size 10X10X10CFT complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud, chemical deposit etc from inner and outer chamber of tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with sump including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by using bleaching powder, soda ash etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of RCC under ground sump of 50000 Gallon capacity complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud, chemical deposit etc from inside the tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with RCC tank including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by using bleaching powder, soda ash etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note Proper care should be taken during cleaning so that no scales/dirts/deposits enters the supply/delivery line .

Cleaning of RCC over head reservoir of 50000 Gallon capacity complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud, chemical deposit etc from inner& outer chamber of tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with RCC tank including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by using bleaching powder, soda ash etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note Proper care should be taken during cleaning so that no scales/dirts/deposits enters the supply/delivery line

Attending Complaints by deploying sufficeient labour for rectification of leakage of UG water pipe lines of size 80 to 100 mm Bore of any description such as CI/GI pipe line at any location including necessary excavation, earth work, dewatering, cutting existing pipe lines including repairs with suitable flanges, Joints or any other material complete all as specified and as directed.

.All as per Items Ser No 68 but for upto 50mm dia pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Ser No 68 & 69:-(i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and will be rectified within 12 hours after notification, failing which double of quoted rate per day per complaint will be recovered. (ii) Completion report of the complaint shall be given in writing and recorded in the register. (iii) Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of T&P required. Dewatering/desilting of existing manholes of internal size n exc 0.60mx0.60m depth n exc 1.50m and removing of all solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (manual or mechanical system at contractor's discretion)and incl removing RCC manhole Covers and refixing the same after cleaning the same position, complete all specified and as directed.

Dewatering/desilting of existing manholes of internal size n exc 1.00mx1.00m depth exc 1.50m but n exc 3.00m and removing of all solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (manual or mechanical system at contractor's discretion)and incl removing RCC manhole Covers and refixing the same after cleaning the same position, complete all specified and as directed.

Taking out thick/solid sludge (sedimented sand sludge/grit ,ash rages , fibres and springe material etc) by mechanical process from septic tanks including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, removing and depositing the sludge outside MOD land in a pit and covering the sludge in the pit with earth and finally spraying unslaked lime, dry, around the septic tank and covering the pit with earth complete all specified and as directed. Notes;- (i)Cost of earth work in the pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer).

De-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells, with mechanical pumping set and draining out the same disposal of sludge outside MOD land in pit to be dug out side and covering top with a layer of 25 mm thick earth filling compacting and levelling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. , complete, all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Digging of pit shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar of 150mm dia complete all specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC or reinforced cement concrete) set in cement mortar of 200mm dia complete all specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes completely after they are laid and tested complete all specified and as directed. (Note: Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe plus 30cm)

Material and Labour providing concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipes completely after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipe plus 30cm)

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes , class NP-2 drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified Internal diameter of pipe in 150mm complete all specified and as directed.
