Operation and maintenance of ash handling system with silos of unit-2 AHP and removal, cleaning & transportation of Ash in the premises of ESP/Bottom Ash/Silo area of unit-2 at BTPS.

The Bidder should have executed the work of Operation & Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant (Wet & Dry System) of 500 MW or above capacity in any thermal power station in a single work order as a prime contractor or The bidder should have executed as a prime contractor, complete plant maintenance of any coal fired Thermal Power Plant including O&M of AHP of 500 MW or above, in a single work order (in such case 1/3rd amount of contract executed value will be considered for evaluation as per work done evaluation criteria mentioned)

The Bidder should have satisfactorily executed the above said work as a prime contractor in a single contract for an amount of not less than Rs. 155.94 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in the any ONE year during the preceding FIVE years (2021-22 to 2025-26) in any thermal power station 500 MW or above. The intending bidder shall furnish work order and relevant satisfactory work done certificate certified by the competent authority. On demand original shall be produced for verification.Work Orders or Work Completion Certificates issued to any individual members of Joint Venture/individual members of Consortium shall not be considered.Work Orders or Work Completion Certificates issued to any Joint Venture/ Consortium shall not be considered.(Work done of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited.)

The intending bidder should have achieved minimum financial turnover not be less than Rs. 623.73 lakhs in each of any two financial years during the last FIVE financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). The bidders shall submit certified copy of Profit & Loss account and Balance Sheet of corresponding two years certified by the Chartered Accountant and same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. On demand original shall be produced for verification.(Financial turnover of previous financial years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited)

The bidder should upload the tender form (form of bid) as prescribed in Annexure-V.

The bidder should be free from any of the statutory body appraisal/obligation/charges undergoing & shall produce relevant proof /declaration with an undertaking to get absolved.In this regard declaration to be furnished as per Annexure-IV.

The Bidder shall quote rates exclusive of GST and inclusive of all other applicable taxes, levies, duties and cess etc., as per the prevailing regulations of GOI and GOK. Declaration in this regard has to be furnished as per Annexure-III.

The successful bidders should deploy the required Number of Own/Hired vehicle like tractor with Bull/loader & trailer or Heavy goods Vehicle (HGV) and JCB within One week from the date of LOA. In case of emergency the bidder should provide required number of loader/bull/JCB/HCV and tractor with trailer as per KPCL requirement mentioned in table & also upload the Annexure-II in GoK Public Procurement Portal.

The intending bidder shall not have been subject to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their contract in KPCL/government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or government or any other utility in India during the past 3 years.
