M&L for Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of street light steel tubular pole 9.00 mtr long and painting with one coat of aluminum paint including brackets and making alternative black and white strips on pole with two coats of synthetic enamal paint (each strip 30 cm height) upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles complete all directed.

M&L for Cleaning , preparation of PCC surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and making altranative black and white strips 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block including numbering of poles of LT PCC Pole 9.00 mtr long complete all as directed.

Attending of day to day complaint of street / security light of any type, any wattage & any make , complaints received through telephone or in person or and identification of defects , bringing down the fittings on ground or in position or complete light fitting, flexible wire as per required size etc including cleaning of light Fittings for clear reflection of light, as required to make the light fitting functional (Vehicle, ladder, tools etc. as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement). Note : - (i) Contractor is bound to provide 2 Nos of Electrician and 2 Nos helper for the subject work, the total strength should be divided in two teams for North and south area respectively for daily basis, the rate of same is deemed to included in quoted rate by the contractor. (ii) The complaint shall be resolved within 24 hours of receipt of complaints.If Contractor fails to attend & resolve the complaint within 24 hours a recovery of Rs.100.00 per complaint per day or part there of shall be recovered from contractor dues. (ii) Contractor manpower shall attend daily to receive complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature.

S&F in repair GI pipe bracket, made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe, fabricated into shape and size as required, not less than 1.2 metre long complete with 02 Nos. MS clamp of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washer fixed on poles/walls complete all as directed.

Supply only driver suitable for 50/75/100 watt LED with IP 65 protection, as per IS complete all as directed. Make: CG/ Phillips/ Panasonic

Dismantling of old broken PCC pole of any size including broken PCC block and site clearance/staking complete all as directed.

Supply and erecting pre-stressed concrete poles 9 mtr long of cross section (102mmx172mm) at top and (102mmx279mm) at bottom, class-10 complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978 in perfect vertical position, embedded in PCC foundation and coping, including applying two coats of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as directed. Note: (i) PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for foundation )

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for coping.)

S&F in repair , 4 sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade , PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, solid aluminium conductor cable, flat type, 1100 volt in service connections complete all as directed.

S&F in repair , 6 sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade , PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, solid aluminium conductor cable, flat type, 1100 volt in service connections complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Laying only old serviceable under ground PVC/XLPE LT cable of any grade , any size laid in trenches / fixed to wall / pole / roof / laid in floor including necessary connections and thimbling complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2.00 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 19 above but for cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4.00 core Note for serial item No. 19 to 20: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class B breicks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 24 above but using old serviceable bricks.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junction box/LT panel/ O/H line complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling,relaying of sand/bricks protection and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe ,breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (i) Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item.

S&F in repair PVC cable Junction box for street light including 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the Street Lights complete with pole mounting type size 300x300x150mm with 02 Nos. MS clamp of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washer fixed on poles / walls complete all as directed. Make: Sintex/ National/Hensel, / Siemens.

S&F in repair MCB 'C' Curve, TPN ,240Volt, 63 Amp 10KA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair three Pole Contactor 25/50 Amp 240V AC complete all as directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 metre distance on each side and 3.00mtr distance on both sides of LT over head lines including collection and removal from road complete all as directed. Note : For measurement and payment purpose each span shall be considered as 40.00 mtr. Span.If the length of span is less than 40.00 mtr measurment and payment shall be considered proportionally.

M&L for making the horizontal boring under road and hard standing suitable for laying and inserting pipe upto 80 mm dia any length by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade, 80 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repair GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the lanteren carrige assembly along with lanterns after replacement of worn out pully at top section of high mast ,welding putting the fell down wire rope in pully groves in proper alignment for satisfactory operation of winch system by arranging hydraulic crane from civil market having boom suitable for working at 16 mtr height and carrying out work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Cahrge . Note:- (i). Cost of hiring of hydraulic crane suitable for working at above 16 mtr height and T&P used for repair of high mast is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Rewinding of motor 2 HP ,3 phase ,415 volts ,1425 RPM with copper wire of existing size and varnishing and testing complete all as directed.

Un binding from old insulators and taking down old unservicable insulators and re–stretching only existing ACSR of any size on LT poles including binding the ACSR with new insulators with and including aluminium binding wire 2mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The rate of aluminium binding wire 2mm dia is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) New insulators shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this scheule of works of BOQ.

Supply , fixing and stretching in repair ACSR of any size as per site requirement on existing HT/LT poles including binding on existing insulator with aluminium binding wire 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. For measurement and payment purpose only the weight of ACSR shall be considered .The weight of aluminium binding wire 2.00mm shall not be considered. 2. The rate of aluminium binding wire 2.00mm is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(ii)(ii) New insulators if required shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this scheule of works of BOQ.

Supply and fix in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint is included in this item.The payment shall be made as per actual weight of material. During weighting the weight of paint and primer shall not be considered for payment purpose.nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

Material and labour of writing of MES pole Nos in 10 Cm height with white synthetic enamel paint over black colour base painting complete all as specified and directed.
