Dismantling the transformer and accessories, drain out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, taking out the defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/LT coil with existing guage of copper super enamelled wire/ copper strip of existing size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections including tap changer switch connection on all 3 phase, opening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop complete all as specified and directed Notes : (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Insulating oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. Material and labour for Hi-Pot Testing ( High potential, high voltage test) with high voltage AC/DC Instrument and find out fault/weak points in the 22 KV faulty UG XLPE cable for rectifying defects and test report to be submitted complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor should attend the complaint within 12 hours from receiving complaints from departments/users by any communication system.
