Preparing sub-grade by excavating earth upto 22.5 cm deep, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including disposal of surplus earth within site as per the Engineer In-Charge.

Excavation and Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering , of Proctor's density of 97%, as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing laying & compacting granular base/sub-base according to lines, grades& cross-sections by using naturally occurring sand gravel/conforming to IRC Grade 2 of M.O.S.T. specification free from organic or other deleterious constituents compact by rolling with power roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity in layers not exceeding 150 mm (spread thickness)including rolling of the road surface to proper level & grade 30 cm width edging on both sides etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Total thickness of GSB 300mm)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specifications including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix(Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub-base /base course on a well prepared underbase and compacting with power vibratory-roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. (Total Thickness of WMM 150mm, 2 Layers)

Providing & applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen (80/100).

a) 5 kg/10sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam of 50 mm as per clause 504.1 of "MOST" specification for base course with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix including preparation of bases excluding filling of pot holes, cleaning the surface with wire brushes etc. and providing suitable edge supports heating of binder and aggregate handling of materials, screening, mixing, in hot mix plant conforming and transporting laying and finishing with paver finisher to the required level, grade and camber, rolling by power roller etc. complete including running expenses of all plants.

a) Using bitumen (80/100)

Providing and laying 20 mm thick single coat pre-mix carpet surfacing with 0.27 cum stone chipping (0.135 cum of 10 mm to 12 mm size and 0.135 cum of 6 mm and down gauge size) per 10.00 sqm of road surface using bitumen for mixing @ 16 kg/10 sqm (Approx. 4%) of road surface using Hot Mix Plant and paver finisher etc. i/c providing and applying a priming /tack coat @ 5 kg/10 sqm of road surface.

a) Using bitumen (80/100)

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundation and plinth excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block (Rubber Moulded) of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Pre-cast cement concrete M 15 kerb including fixing at site, with base of PCC. ( Size of Kerb stone, L:B:H ---- 450x150x300mm) Including Painting as per the Engineer In-Charge

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :

a) NP2 600mm dia R.C.C pipes.

b) NP2 450 mm dia R.C.C pipes.

c) NP2 250 mm dia R.C.C pipes.

STORM WATER DRAINAGE WORKS

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator ) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. l.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan), including, dewatering, dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead and lift, with in the site, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

a) All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

a) Nominal Mix -1 Cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm and down size (M 10)

Reinforced cement concrete work (with 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate) in walls (any thickness). including attached pilasters, buttresses, Foundation, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, posts and struts etc. above plinth level and up to floor two level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement

a) M 20 - Grade concrete

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire up to floor two level including all wastage etc. complete,

a) Cold Twisted Deformed bars (TOR)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (form work of steel plates or waterproof ply not less then 12mm thick.:

a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, plinth beam, slabs, walls, etc. for concrete up to plinth level.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC/PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing force. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables etc. including excavation for sockets and dressing of sides ramming of bottoms depth upto 1.5 meter including getting out the excavated soil and then returning the soils as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth i/c consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering etc. and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter a) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 300 mm dia.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class , R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. Complete in all respect. a) RCC pipe 600 mm dia

Constructing masonry chamber 30 x 30 x 50 cm inside with 2nd class brick work (local first class) in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) for stop cock with C.I. surface box 100 x 100 x 75 mm (inside) with hinged covers fixed in cement concrete slab 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) a) 901 x 900 x 1000 mm
