Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor & paving n.exc. 15cm thick below or above ground level all as directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment to match in floors, over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured parking tiles, heavy duty of size 300 x 300 x 10 mm thick, approved by GE, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match in floors, over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick, factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick, factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 MM thick PCC (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, path etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 30 mm thick Rough dressed (shahabad) lime stone slab flooring, laid dry but bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 in floor/plinth etc over and complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only for 30 mm thick Rough dressed (shahabad) lime stone slab flooring, laid dry but bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 in floor/plinth etc over and including taking out existing stone slab carefully and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
