Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both side of the road to facilitate widening of berms ,disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per cluse 201 of MORD by manual means etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking theunserviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per clause202.1of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (i) Above 600 mm dia to 900 mm dia

Construction of embankment/Sub grade/ earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lift up to 1.5 m transporting to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Clause 301.5 of MoRD specification for rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of road way in soil with hyudrulic excavatir if 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requiremetns of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m. and lead upto 1000m. as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 of MORD.and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of soil aggregate sub-base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 20 mm as per table 2.3 of IRC sp 77 2008, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangement on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compacting with three wheeled 80- 100 KN static roller to achieve the desired density as per the specification contained in para 2.2.3.6 and 3.7 of IRC sp 77 2008 and as per the direction of Engineer In Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates by cold mix Technology, by using MS grade of approved bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base ,including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type -C per technical specification clause 508. and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
