(ii) Contractor will arragne to collect the water sample from pump houses/ Sewage treatment plant /swimming pool and at end point(s) of water supply lines situated in any location within MOD land as and when direccted by Engineer in charge in writing. (iii) The cost of container/ bottol, transportation involed up to testing lab ( to end fro) and testing charges shall be boarn by contractor and quoted unit rates shall deemed included such expences.

Periodical inspection of chemical dosing pump system of any discription, capiciity, type installed in MES installations within AOR of GE East Pryagraj, including cleaning of calcium deposits in dosing pump, NRV (both suction & discharge), tank and PVC pipes, repair of any leakage and replacement of minor parts such as PVC pipes, suction & discharge NRV and any other nut, bolt washers, gakits etc as required for it's smooth and fully functional and operational up to the entire setisfection of engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The periodicity will be decided and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The cost of material and labour, transportation and T&P as reqired shall be boarn by the contractor and quoted unit rates shall deemed included such expences.

S&F in repair/ replacement fully automatic online pressure feed chemical dosing pump, single phase, 230 Volts, 50 Hz, fully adjustable, output capacity upto 10 LPH with bleed valve assembly, NRV, Stainer, FRP tank, connection pipe etc with chlorine analyzer/flow meter, including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair digital water level indicator with display/indicator switch/float switch/ sensor to the overhead (OH) water storage tank including connections with PVC insulated weather proof 1.0 Sqmm 4 core annealed copper cabe (from OHR to Pump house) inclusding testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary scaffolding/ladder/safety equipmnet required to climb over the OH tank , T&P shall be provided by the contractor. The cost of the same shall deemed included in and quoted unit rates. (ii) All safety precausion shall be strictly adhered and damages if any shall be born by contractor during execution. Contractor will ensured that laboures appointed will be life ensured. Unit quoted rate shall be deemed including for above aspects and no claim on this account shall be entertained by the deptt. (ii) Cost of cable also deemed included in quoted unit rates.

Development of borewell ( any dia, capicity depth and in any location within AOR of GE East Pryagraj) by flushing and cleaning of borewell using Low pressure air compressor having pressure 200 PSI to 400 PSI to remove raw water, sand, silt, dust or wastes and decayed particles to improve the yield of the borewell complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The air compressor shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of thw same shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.

Supply and filling of gravels of 10-12.5mm rounded, siliceous, free from foreign matters, washed and disinfected, conform to IS-4097:1988 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stoping/ repairing any leakage from 100mm bore water supply pipe line, by repiring of leakage ring tyton joint (rubber gasket joint) for spigot and socket CI/DI pipes or Joint with rubber or fibre board gasket for flanged pipes including neceaasry earth work (excavation, returning filling and removing) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Earth work if required for taking out/down old and unserviceable GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items here under.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing surfaces 50cm in width and depth up to 90cm and and getting out for laying /passing cable through pipe including required eartwork (excavation, returning filling in, including watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm and making good making good the disturbed surface so as to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing water disinfectant (TCCA-90) containing 90% chlorine contents (Calcuim based granular disinfectant for water treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :(i) No material shall be supply to the MES store in bulk through RV. (ii) The contractor's skilled employ shall visit all water supply installations daily and mixed the appropriate/required quantity with conseltation of JE/AGE concern so as to maintain the water quality. (iii) The contractor shall maintain a pacca bound register to record the installation/plant wise day to day conjumption of chemical. All procurment of chemicals shall also me recorded in this register showing invoice Number and quantity. (Performa has been given in Tender Document of Sl. Page No. 170.) (iv) Only actual consumed quantity shall be measured and concider for payment irrespective of quqntity procured by the contractor. remaing quanity on complition of work shall be the contractor proprty and contractor have no claim on this account. packed in 50 KG plastic drum)
