Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design .mix)

Supplying and filling in plinth with Stone Dust under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M - 30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and casting in situ or precast tapering R.C.C. M-20 Barrier type Kerb without gutter ( as per IRC 86 1983) embedded 125mm below ground level over M-10 PCC finished neatly with C.M. 1:2, setting the same in C.M. 1:2, including the required excavation in any strata and removing the excavated stuff any where in city and redoing the surface as specified and directed by Engineering In-charge. Using Concrete Batching and Mixing Plan

Carriage of material with machine loading like Murrum, Building Rubbish, Earth for lead upto 1.00 Km.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and placing Plastic Wheeled Dustbin of 120 ltr capacity.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
