Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead 50M from edge of cutting .All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with GSB under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Supplying and laying of dry stone soling hand packed tightly including ramming, watering and carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to all levels. 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to all levels.1:3:6 (1Cement: 3 fine sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal Size) Crushed

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing hoisting and fixing wood work trusses/purlins rafters / posts / post-plates / ceiling joists, soffit jambs or like components including cost of screws/nails complete First class KD wood

Providing and fixing pre- color coated galvanized iron corrigated sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick ply wood in ceilings and on side walls and where ever necessary at all placces including ceilings.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position. First Class K.D/Silver Wood

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed shutters for windows and clearstory windows using 8.75kg/Sqm. (3.5mm thick) glass panes including black enameled ISI marked M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws. Including two or more coats of synthetic pant with primer First. Class K.D wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or / and black enameled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws. First. Class K.D wood.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick 20mm nominal size stone aggregate (crushed)

Providing and fixing of full threaded bolts with nuts of size 16mm dia. and 250mm long.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded in flates/ Hallow Sections.

Providing and fixing of Stainless Steel Hardware fittings of approved make and quality.

Tower Bolt 150mm long.

Handle 150mm long.
