1. CONSTRUCTION OF THRESHING FLOOR IN KOLUR VILLAGE @ KOLUR PANCHAYAT IN MINJUR PANCHAYAT UNION UNDER AGAMT -II /2025 - 2026/ RD/TVLR/MJR24

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting if required for the sides of foundation.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling of conveyed earth including all cost of conveyance etc,..Completed

Supply and errecting for centering including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using Country bricks including cost and conveyence of all materials to site and labour charges etc completed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing GI Pipe 40mm

Supplying and fixing Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 13.2 & 13.3 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
