Dismantling roofing including ridges,hips, valleys, gutters etcetra stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and liftscomplete and stacking them including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In grating,frames, framed guard bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works including entire carriage of material with in all leadsand lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering on old work with one or more additional coats as required to give smooth finish and even shade with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture ( ASAIN/NEROLAC/ICI-DULUX ) and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of whiting after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 25mm (twenty five millimeters) HDHMR thick water proof termite resistant commercial board (Kitply/GREENPLY)in shelves/box shutter top and back side of cabinet shall be 8mm (eight millimetres) thick with water proof ply cut portion of shelves be finished with 6mm (six millimetres) thick hard wood and shutter shall be finished with 1mm (one millimetres) thick lamination of approved shade with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etcetra complete and frame of 25mm (twenty five millimetres) thick second class deodar wood complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. Providing and laying 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick acid proof tiles of size upto 300x300mm (Three hundred into three hundred millimetre) of specified shade in floors, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick acid proof mortar 1:3 (One cement : three sand) jointing with cemen slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary 4mm (Four millimetres) thick plain glass including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per the direction by Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls,culverts,drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks,chiseling /wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shorting and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including sorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water(surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm ( One hundred ten millimetre ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per draswing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-Twenty) design mix strength of 20N/mm2( Twenty Newton per millemetre square) with minimum cement content of 340.00 kg( three hundred forty kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete etcetera upto all floor levels heights including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications by the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, grooves and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.
