Supply & Delivery of M.S. outdoor type Feeder piller box from CPRI approved manufacturer having over all dismension as per requirement the body of the piller box made of 3.15 mm (10SWG) thick M.S. sheet and upper portion (hood) with 5 mm thick M.S. plate. The structure made with 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm M.S. angle and 60mm x 6 mm M.S. flat. 4 legs 50 x 50 x 6mm angle, Minimum 1.5 ft long to be rigidly fixed with the piller. The piller box having both side door opeining with suitable handle with double locking system is to be provided, provision of ventilation should be made and provision 2 nos. earthing terminals 25 x 6 mm G.I. flat having suitable nuts bolts and washers for connecting the accessories. Connection between BBC to different switches made by copper bars of appropriate amp capacity. ( S&F of 2(two) no 7 level godrej make locks) The feeder piller box comprising of the following accessories.(Make: L&T/ Siemens/ Schneider/ ABB)

INCOMMING:- i) 415V, 630A TPN on load front operated Changeover cum main swirch with 415V, 630A TPN Fuse Mounting Kit & 3 nos. 630A DIN type HRC fuse with necessary arrangement as per direction of EIC. ---1 Set ii) 415V, 630A TPN on load front operated Changeover cum swith necessary arrangement as per direction of EIC ---1 Set.

BUSBAR: 415V, 1000Amp capacity Cu. Bar having size 4 x (2x 80x5) mm (Dimension of Sheet Metal Box copper bus-bar 500x150mm) with necessary nos of holes and different colour insulating tape on epoxy bus support.- 01 set

Interconnection : All interconnection between incoming & Outgoing main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned Cu. bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu. wire with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads and also for metering arrangements are to be made by 1.5sq. mm. size of Copper wire, CT and ammeter connection to be made with. 2.5 sq.mm. Cu Wire with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.

INSTALLATION The feeder piller is to be installed after digging out required soil with necessary C.C. muffing to be made arround 4 legs. A guard wall of 10" thick to be constructed around the periphery of the piller box and bottom of the piller to 2'- 6" above Gr. Level the brick wall must be plasterd with net cement funish as per direction EIC.

S & D of 4 core 300 Sq. Mm. 1.1Kv grade XLPE insulated Al/A cable. (Make- Polycab/ Havells/ Gloster/RR Kabel)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC & finishing the end of the following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl S & F solderless socket ( Dowels Make) with tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 4 core 300 sq. mm. 1.1Kv grade XLPE insulated Al/A cable.

Laying of cable 4 core 300 sqmm on existing perporated GI Angle, incl. S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable above 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply & Delivery of Hume pipe of inside diameter 300mm, length 2.5 mtr.

laying only Hume pipe of inside diameter 300mm, length 2.5 mtr, cutting road & soil & Concreat, jointing, placing, carring, loading unloading etc and mending good damages as per direction of the EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as by ISI-Medium GI pipe or TATA-M GI Pipe

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. asrequired and mending good damages No. 4 SWG

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (i) For morrum Soil

Barricading of Feeder piller by 12 SWG Wire net with 40x40 mm angle support sarrounding feeder piller including entry gate arrangement with S&F of 1(one) no 7 level godrej make locks and painting all iron structure. Rough 3 mm brick soaling with ruff plaster to be done in barricade area. The work to be done as per direction of the EIC.
