Clearing light jungles and trees up to 15 Cm girth including cutting, uprooting roots and stumps, removing them from the site of work etc. complete as directed. (When 30% of the area is covered by shrubs, trees etc.)

Cutting bamboo , uprooting roots & stumps including removing them from the site of work, etc. complete as directed.

Earth work in embankment by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries, breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted on account of shrinkage) For initial lead beyond ½ Km and up to 4.00 Km and for all lifts

Compating original ground (i) Compating original ground supporting embankment Loosening, Levelling, and Compacting original ground supporting cum 19.80 embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, sacrified to a depth of 150mm. mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per technical Specification Clause 301.4.1.

Turfing with grass sods of largest possible rectangles of 12 cm. minimum thickness placed closely including dressing earth pagging with Jati bamboo split, watering till the grass grows for a lead up to 90 m and all lifts

Construction of whole bamboo single palisading with matured bhaluka bamboo posts 7.5cm to 10 cm dia.,15 cm clear apart 1.50m to 1.80m above ground and 1.00m to 1.20m below ground with bhaluka bamboo inclined struts placed at 1.5m a part tied with three rows of horizontal half jati bamboo kamies etc. complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 10.14 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 2.40 nos / Rm)

Construction of whole bamboo double palisading of 1.5m width with matured bhaluka bamboo 10cm to 15 cm dia., closely packed 3.00m to 3.50m above G.L.by hand shaking and hammering by the 10 kg hammer from 15 to 20 qtl. capacity country boat below G.L. tied with 16G./ 18G. wire and bhaluka bamboo cross struts 1.50m apart tied together with two rows of half jati bamboo kamies and bhaluka inclined struts at 1.50 m interval on c/s complete as directed.(Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 52.00 nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 1.60 nos / Rm)

Serviceable empty cement bags.

Labour charge for laying and pitching earth filled cement bags including excavation and borrowing earth, breaking clods, filling in bags and supplying and stitching the mouth with jute sutli, etc. complete as directed. (cement bags will be supplied by the department free of cost). For borrowing earth from a distance up to 30m.

Earthwork in bank trimming to the designed section /slope including removing the soils and depositing on bank/toe of proposed structures As directed by the department. including clearing light jungles,debries and other foreign materials et. with all lead & lifts,etc. complete as directed.

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10m X 0.10mX 3.00m with M-40 grade of cement concrete with graded broken course aggregates up to 12mm size down and reinforced with 4 Nos. of 4 mm dia high tensile steel wire cable at four corners with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile stirrups at 250mm C/C, in conformity with IS-6403 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18 N/mm, holes of 16 mm dia at 50 cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 Nos. of holes of size 16 mm dia at 65mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 14 (fourteen) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance up to 100 Km complete as directed. NOTE: Consider sand = 0.0135 cum/member, stone aggregate of size 20mm = 0.0163 cum/ member & stone aggregate of size 10mm = 0.0108 cum/ memberwhile calculating deduction on Forest Royalty

Carriage of Porcupine members by machine boat of 40.00 Qtl capacity including local carriage of porcupine members from stack yard to loading site up to a lead of 150m, loading , un loading at river bank near work site etc. complete as directed.(For lead up to 5.00 Km and for all lift)

Labour charge for launching of R.C.C./PSC Porcupine including carriage of R.C.C./PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching ,erection of the Porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m). Launching with out Boat

Labour charge for launching of R.C.C./PSC Porcupine including carriage of R.C.C./PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m × 0.10m × 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching ,erection of the Porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting/fixing with 12 mm dia 25 Cm long M.S. Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed. (Lead up to 150 m).Launching with Boat

Construction of temporary shed of two roof with mud plinth of0.45m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5m apart driven at at least 0.75m below ground and height above plinth 2.5m. Split Jatti bamboo wall mud plastering white washing 2coats, 10cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua frame placing at 0.15m clear apart fitted with bamboo kamies from binding doors and windows with Bamboo Chattai strengthening with Bamboo frame binding with wire etc complete as directed.(Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 6.00nos/Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 61.00nos / Rm)
