M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Guniting to existing RCC members after removing all dismantling loose concrete & preparation of surface, application of derusting chemical such as Dr FIXIT Rust Remover or equivalent, welding additional bars if found necessary, priming reinforcement bars with a coat of zinc primer of coating not less than 40 mic, provision of bonding agent with bonding material like Dr FIXIT Bonding Agent and repair to external RCC structure with slurry tight and strong form work and short create concrete of mixed 1:3:1 (one part of cement three part of coarse sand and one part of 10mm and down aggregate) of minimum 40mm thickness, curing the same for 14 days all a specified in IS 9012-1978 incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM1:4 finishing surfaces even and smooth complete all as directed.

Removing plant including roots by dismantling of brick work PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding any type in any location/position i.e. roof , parapet wall near pipes etc and applying acid after removing roots for preventing the regret and making good of disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 & 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 size of disturbed portion 150 x 150 x 200mm complete all as specified & directed by Engr - In - Charge. Note : Work to be carried out up to 04 storey bldg.

S&F 2 mm thick powder coated stainless steel 304 grade name plate of size 150 x 150 mm with engraved letters ( Size of letter exc 15 cm but nexc 25 cm and Qty nexc 05 nos, as per requirement at site) and fixed with SS studs on walls including dismantling old existing name plate complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of Apex Ultima exterior emulsion paint on walls all as specified and as directed at site.
